1/2 tsp Baking Soda / Bicarbonate of Soda
120g Caster sugar
1 tsp Instant coffee granules
1 tbsp boiling water (or use a shot of espresso)
120ml Milk
1 tsp cider vinegar
40ml Vegetable Oil (or melted coconut oil)
For the Baileys Buttercream Icing:
250g unsalted butter
500g icing sugar
80ml Baileys Irish Cream
