225g Self raising flour (Or Plain flour with 1 tsp of Baking Powder)
110g Vegan unsalted butter (Cold & cubed)
80g Caster sugar
70g Sultanas (or currants)
70ml Vegan Milk
TO SERVE
Serve hot or cold dipped in caster sugar, spread with butter or Jam or both!
Enjoy with a cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate
