    Ingredients: (Serves 2 with plenty leftover as its deliciously rich)
    500g Featherblade Beef or Chuck Steak (you can also use any cut of beef suitable for slow cooking)
    1 tsp Salt & Pepper
    3 tbsp / 25g Plain / All-purpose Flour
    1 tbsp oil
    30g Unsalted Butter
    1 Medium chopped yellow onion
    200g Button Mushrooms chopped in half
    2/3 Cloves of Garlic Crushed or minced
    25ml Brandy
    1 tsp Tomato Puree
    1 tsp Dijon Mustard
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Brown Sugar
    500ml Beef Stock
    150ml Crème Fraiche or Sour Cream
    Cook for 2 - 2 1/2 hours in a standard oven at 170 or Fan oven 150 degrees. Stir every 30 minutes.
    To Serve
    1 Handful of chopped fresh Parsley or Chives
    Wedge of Lemon
    Rice, Pasta or Mashed Potato
