Serves 4 LARGE Three layer Mousses or make lots of small ones in ramekins
Dark Chocolate Mousse
200g Good quality Dark Chocolate
75% Water = 150ml Boiling Water
White Chocolate Mousse
200g Good quality White Chocolate
50% Water = 100ml Boiling Water
Milk Chocolate Mousse
200g Good quality Milk Chocolate
60% Water = 120ml Boiling Water
Optional: Additional flavours - Rum, Brandy, Whisky, Salt, Mint, Orange, Ginger, Coffee, Coconut, Lavender, Green Tea, Chilli!
Optional: Serve with -Whipped Cream, Flaked chocolate, Fresh fruit, Nuts, Shortbread, Brandy Snaps.
