It seems to me that religion is man using God to control and exploit other men. Religion is also something that divides people. Because we don’t have enough shit to fight each other about?? We already differ by race, age, gender, etc. but then we have to add another I don’t know if iGod is a machine/giant computer, or some sort of hyper advanced human or other sentient life form from 10,000 years ahead of us. But, being from so far into the future they have blazing advanced technology, so they can actually create new biological life m. They can also nurture it to grow into huge civilizations. Interesting comment about higher degrees, because that is where I started questioning everything. I also had parents, who controlled us with religion and did not want me going off to college- I started to question why? I work in STEM now and it's interesting how much my beliefs have changed.
