Tim people: Am I crazy or is this challenge pretty freaking “challenging” so far!! I’ve been loving it but - IT IS HARD !!! Tim - I started with you during the stupid pandemic and you have changed my life and body!! THANK YOU!!
It is pretty challenging. I'm enjoying it, but I'm doing it later in the day -- this is not what I do first thing in the morning!
Definitely challenging!! Good type of challenging though!
Thank goodness I’m not the only one who thinks so! Yes challenging in a GREAT way but definitely challenging!!!
It is a bit challenging but we should always be reaching for the 'next level'. Right?
Glad you're enjoying it!
The side twists have me audibly releasing the f word alot. Makes me so grateful I'm in the confines of my own space.
Thanks for doing these videos for introverts like me processing trauma and the yoga challenges. Teaching me to stay present in my body during difficult moments/ movements.
Hahaha! Thanks Moon. Stay with it and thank you for your persistence.
4 days in and enjoying it. Pushing my body and helping my flexibility. Think ill do the 2023 30 day challenge then the 2024. I was doing it from my TV and didnt read that this was from a year ago. Title just said 30 day challenge. Oh well 😅😂 guess 2 30 day challenges it is!
OK. Cool. Let me know how it goes for you
Three morning yoga workouts with you in a row and I’m already feeling stronger. Thank you!
Awesome. Keep it up.
Hi Tim! I think I am a day behind on the challenge. OOps. In answer to your email question for today ... Will you join me over on the CMC when you finish? I say Yes. I was thinking about how much joy and support that you have brought into my life through your youtube channel, and I am committed enough to my practice at this point to join CMC.
Today's practice was a good balance for me. I appreciate the variation on poses that you offer for different levels of strength and flexibility. Which, allow me to find the best position for my current state of being. Thanks again and Enjoy the day!
Hi, Rayne. I'm responding to the message you left yesterday and yes, yesterday was Day 4 and today (Friday) is Day 5. If you signed up for 'the morning yoga challenge' on my website you should be receiving the challenge video of the day everyday. So please do that if you haven't already. 😊 And thank you for saying yes to the CMC. Looking forward to seeing you there soon.
Deeply enjoyed the unconventional warm up. One reason I keep coming back to you here is the frequent focus on mobility. As a lifelong endurance athlete (running, cycling, etc) all that pounding is starting to catch up to me in my early 40s. I feel my body progressively opening and moving better through your classes. Thanks Tim!
Hello Mr. Sawyer. For additional focus on mobility I recommend the 'Mobility Course' on the CMC (Conscious Movement Community). You can try it for 2 weeks free right now. Here’s the link: www.timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement
liked the "unconventional" warmup - i like variety. Thanks for another good one!
You go it. Thanks Katie
Hey Tim! I typed in "Yoga with Tim, Day 4" and I have the strong feeling this isn't the day 4 to the sequence I was on but it felt perfect! I loved the amount of heat! Your sequencing is also chef's kiss! I'm so glad I found your channel! Thank you!
Great job!
Tim, these classes are great! I like how you explain every move and the breaths. I’m 64 and feel great, I’m strung flexible and have good balance. I’ve been doing yoga with you for almost a year and I hope we keep doing yoga together for a long time!
You got it. Thanks Joan
Whoa, all the one-leg poses were very challenging - balance is always an issue for me. Generally I did better than I expected, so that was encouraging and I have something to work toward! Thanks for a great session (though I'm not sure my glute medes would agree).
Haha! And thank you for your great attitude.
Whoo I wanted to quit about 24 minutes in but now I feel like all the stress is wrung out and super strong. Thanks Tim!!
So good to hear. Thanks Annie
Great session. Warm up worked well for me.
Great to hear! Thanks Judith
Amaaaazing practice. thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks Sabrina
Long time follower but took 3 months off…did something different for me…joined a gym to do a 12 week challenge. It was very educational, built some muscle, but was missing yoga. But coming back to it with this series has been SO eye opening! First, I remembered how much I love yoga, how much it builds me physically and mentally. It was very challenging and humbling though! It always amazes me how 3-4 sessions in I feel so much stronger. Thanks for this one Tim! You do good work!
Great feedback. Thanks for bringing me up to speed on your progress. Thanks Jessica.
Since you've asked, I really liked the warmup. When getting out of bed doing wide motions like these gets your blood flowing, good stuff!
Great! Thank you.
Round 2 day 4 !!!!! Keep going forward with Tim
Good to hear. Thanks DoDo
Tim you are my favorite yoga instructor! A good balance between working hard and feeling grounded. Thank you for making these challenges!
'...working hard and feeling grounded.' Love that! Thanks Schmuel
Tim! This was the first time I got into and was able to hold side crow. It was your saying “don’t let your hip touch your elbow” and up I went. Thank you 🙏💛
Awesome. Great to hear. Thanks Eileen.
Late to the party but that doesn’t mean I didn’t love the funky warm-up. Thanks for putting together a thoughtful & fun class.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you Coco
Loved it all - great routine, as usual. Ty.
You're welcome Sarah
I enjoyed the non-conventional start to class today. The change-up had me feeling lots of little balancing muscles that had been left out of the conversation so far. Thank you!
Good to hear this. Thank you. 😊
Phew 😮💨. I’m not sure if I was tired this morning but this one kicked my butt. Thank you for this class.
Hopefully in a good way. :) Thanks Lori
Tim, the opener had elements of Qigong, and I had a yoga instructor that did a similar opener, and I love it. So good. I do side crow on both elbows, and for anyone who is reading this, it's more doable, and if you can do one elbow in the future, go for it. This is a great "sneak peek" at what's in the CMC.🔥🦉 Thanks! 🌼note: when I looked at Ollie with his chin on the railing, I lost it!! 😁
Thanks for the comments. Much appreciated. And thanks for the CMC plug!
Thank you Tim happy Father’s Day
You're welcome and thank you so much
Unconventional warm up wasn’t needed. Keep it slower, old school yoga is better! Thanks Tim ✌🏻
Glad you are keeping an open mind ;)
Your arm and leg swinging warm up is like the highlight of Dua Lipa’s “Levitating” dance! I love it 🙃
Hahaha! Cool. Thanks.
When you make a challenge, you make a challenge! So far so good! Requires strength and balance. I really liked that stretch, reaching through and behind the legs in squat, my swim arms loved that; I will endeavour to perfect my side crow; really interesting to approach an 'almost' halasana by tipping right back with the feet towards the head; and I loved bent knees, resting head on hands just before shavasana. The non-traditional warm up was good for me, I really like it when you mix it up. Variety is the spice of life. Thanks, Tim and Ollie!
You're so welcome Darlene and thanks for the feedback! So glad you liked it. Ollie says 'Woof!' :)
Absolutely the best yoga teacher I have found! This was a fabulous, challenging, dynamic flow! ❤❤❤
Thank you Theresa 😉
You're a game changer. Love all your techniques and different variations. Have already learnt more in the past month from you than over the last 10 years doing yoga (online and live). I so look forward to these classes everyday.
Awesome! Thank you Monica
More challenging than the January series. It's a good kick in the butt!
Yeah... A bit more but you're up to it. :)
This challenge is pushing me in all the good ways. I think the warm up was perfect for the flow that followed but omg my body is so sore from the first three days. I am ready for meditation day lol
Good to hear. Thanks Nicole.
Certainly a different feeling from gymnasium days! … in a very positive sense.
Cool and so good to hear it. Thanks Filya
Balance ...what I need more of in my life😁
I hear 'ya. Thanks Ayda
i very much like the dynamic warm up, its not straining the joints or muscles and gives lots of flexibility later. thank you tim!!
You're very welcome! Thank you Michele
Tim, this was my best session with you yet. On to the 30 Day Challenge!
Awesome. Thank you.
Thanks again, Tim. Really appreciate that you're starting the practice with mobility stuff. This class was a great twist-y sequence!
You're very welcome James. Glad you liked the mobility stuff. Thank you.
Wasn't easy but worth the effort!!!
For a warm up I feel that moving in a "streamy" way and paste is the best for me
You got it. Thanks Tali
Another great pratice! Thanks Tim.
My pleasure! Thanks Carolina
Love how you bring new challenges to the practice everyday.🧘♀️
Love how you love it. Thanks Megan 😊
Thank you Tim 🙏 This might be my favorite yoga sesh yet!
Cool. Good to hear it
Oh! This is quite hard for me, but I'm still trying getting better every day. Thank you, Tim.
Thanks Ute and stay with it!
I love this class, its challenging but in calming way-and Ollie is so cute🥰
Thank you Franzisca. So glad you're liking it. Ollie says 'Woof!' :)
I like the dancey warmup. I wish I moved my shoulders more, but the iPad is on my right and below me. Watching and doing always throws me off and builds tension in all my standing attempts. Also moving the iPad from the furniture to the floor throws me off.
Understood. Thanks Aruna
Namaste. Really enjoy running through these multiple times.
Awesome. Namaste Jake
yes to the unconventional warm up!
Nice! Thanks Teddi
Always enjoy some new twist 😉. Tricky, tricky balancing transitions 👍🏻
Yes indeed. Thanks Mary Sue
Happy Thursday 🤠
Same to you!
I really enjoy the warm up as my body really needs it! As my lower back is super stiff when I woke up… and yes doing morning yoga with Tim and you guys are the FIRST thing for me:)
Please continue to start with some warm up as it is definitely help !!!
Got it and glad you liked the warmup Betsy!
Warmup was fun and perfect for turning on a bunch of muscles. Standing pose sequence felt awesome, as did side crow. Great class Tim! 🙏🏼
So glad you liked. Thanks Ian
Love love love this new challenge.
Awesome. Thanks Katja
Perfect session, I loved the warm up… I had just finished a spinning session in a very upper body static position, it prepared me perfectly for this fluid yoga session. This time had my calfs and hamstrings were cooking hoooo. One leg balances are wonderful. And I am a bit far from the one arm balance. I am working on correcting my position in basic poses before going deeper. Your classes one yoga basis are excellent for that. Thank you 🙏🏼
So glad you liked it. Thanks Anne-Marie
Great practice. Loved the warm up. Hangin in. My 67 year old body is taking longer to get back into shape!
That's OK. Glad you're hangin' in. 😉
Tim, this was hands down one of your absolute best morning flows so far! Please know that I and many others around the world (I’m from Denmark) look so much forward to spend our (morning) yoga practices with you and Olli. So thank you so much for putting time and effort intro creating these videos 💙 It’s much appreciated!
Thank you Kongen. So nice to hear all this. 😉
Perfect practice. It's amazing how lengthening asanas can make the practice stronger.
I'm trying to remember "sthira sukham asanam"
Namaste 🙏🥰
Thanks Agata. Namaste
Love the mobility combo 🙌. Great Power Flow that got some sweat up down under 😅. 🙏 Namaste Tim
Thanks Jason. Namaste
Thank you 🙏🌺
You are so welcome
Thank you.
You're welcome Sarah
I always love your practice for it being slow, intentional and yet so challenging!! It was so great as always Tim, thank you!!
You are so welcome. 😉
Thanks Tim
You're welcome Bruce
I'm really loving this challenge! The mobility warm up felt great and the balance moves were tough.
Good job and glad you're loving it. Thank you!
Loved the warm up. Also the Eagle to Warrior 3 combo. Great way to start my day.
Awesome. Thanks Beth
Thank you! 🙏
You're welcome Romeo.
Love the dynamic action of this one!
Great and glad you loved it Sue
❤️ this sequence! Thank you so much Tim🙏🏽
Glad you loved it. Thanks Dan.
I loved the "warm up" at the beginning. It was a great way to wake up my tight body from a hard run yesterday. This challenge does feel more challenging than ones in the past, which was hard the first couple of days, but now I am settling into it and my body is feeling stronger. My 17 year old son was impressed with my "abs". Makes me feel proud of my 48 year old body. As always, thank you Tim!
Hey Nina. So good to hear this and glad it's working for you.
I like the warm up lunges. But I do agree this challenge compared to others is more difficult but I like a challenge so thanks.
Thanks for liking a challenge Antonio. :)
Fantastic! Really liked the change up with a non-traditional warm-up. Would love a longer version of this for the CMC 😁
Got it. Thanks for the suggestion Lezlee and thanks fir being a CMC member. Much appreciated!
Really liked this warmup for a change🤗 class was super as usual🙏🥰
Glad you liked it! Thanks Pauline
Super energetic and strength class. Namaste 🙏🌺
Glad you liked it Thanks Ana Namaste
Love ❤️
Thanks Ruth
Cheers again, Tim.
Moto-camping in the mountains this past weekend… yoga at the end of each day because my a*se needed it 🤣
A daily ritual is forming, thanks for providing the sessions.
All the best, matey
Steve.
Sounds great Steve - all except your a*se! Daily ritual is the best.
Love the unique warm out...feeling great...but still cant do the challenging poses that use the strength of hands 🤭
Keep practicing, it will get better. 😉
Namaste and two thumbs up!! Loved it and loved the unconventional warm up!! It felt so good and I plan on doing that mini crossed leg lunge again, I felt like my hips need this to feel better. Thank you soooo much and see you tomorrow Tim!
Thanks for the feedback Eleonore and glad you liked it!
This was a great practice. I enjoyed the opening and the challenges moving from pose to pose. It really got me sweating.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you Tim!
My pleasure! Thank you
loved this practice Tim, thank you! Namaste 🧘🏻♀️
You're so welcome! Namaste

Another superb class. This challenge is definitely making some neglected muscles work, which is great!
Great to hear. Thanks Anne
Loved the unconventional warmup! 🙏
Glad you liked it! Thanks Emily
Great morning warm up. I will definitely return to this one!
Awesome. Thanks Emily
I loved this one! Straight into my top favorites. Not able to do side crow, so just did the twist, but maybe someday! I loved the warmup moves and the extended balance on each leg. Thanks Tim, as always you are the best!
Thank you Pam
Thanks a lot Tim!
My pleasure!
Loved every challenging second of this practice today! Your best challenge yet, Tim! There had better be a yin day coming soon 😂
PS... managed 1 breath worth of side crow on each side. Progress! 🙇♀️
Great job! Thanks Michelle
Dear Tim, I loved the warm up part. This 30 day challenge has a different more intermediate feel to it which I love. My hips (and me) thank you 🤗
You got it. Thanks Irene and glad you like the flow.
I really enjoyed the dynamic warm up. Challenging class but I’m loving it.
Glad you're loving it. Thank you.
Thank you. Hard core again but good. Loved the start and 2nd half... middle flipping tough!! 😉🤭😁🥰🙏
Thanks Frances.
Awesome practice today.
Love the warm up, side bends are great.
Side arm crow is difficult for me, I cant squat with feet together or bend that far.
I can do crow pose if I have my feet wide apart.
I love the strength part of it all, I am a weightlifter so it make sense.
Keep on flowing.
Thanks Tim.
Thanks for the feedback Bob and glad you liked the practice.
Missed the side angle stretch on the second side, but still a great flow to do in the morning! Thank you, Tim n hi Ollie
Thanks Dodo and Ollie says 'Woof!'
Killer balance poses, loved it! Also loved the unconventional warmup. TY, 🙏
Thanks for the feedback Judy and glad you liked.
I love the mix of "new" and old poses. And the side crow! Thanks Tim :) From sweaty Spain this time :)
Hello Liva in 'sweaty' Spain. Glad you liked. Thanks
Loved, the warm-up and the great stretch at the end. My abdominals are thanking you too. ;)
Nice. Thank you Bérénice
thanks Brother
You're welcome Luke
Love this morning flow Tim - thank you. ❤
So glad you like it! Thanks Sally.
Loved the warm up. I needed it as I had just been for a sea swim (Scotland) water still cold! So this was perfect for me 😁! See you tomorrow x
Awesome. Thanks Yvonne and so glad you liked.
Warm-up was quite helpful. Thank you, Tim!
Good to hear. Thank you.
Loved it. Namaste.
Namaste Jake
Day 4 was my favorite of the challenge classes yet! Really liked the flow. The mobility warmup at the beginning was a nice change.
So good to hear. Thanks Kris
Love the mobility warm up sequence and the entire routine. Another great practice. Thank you Tim!
You're so welcome! Thank you.
Such a wonderful challenge Tim. Feel so lucky to meet you. İt's been two and a half years since I started this channel and so happy that I did. Thank you.
