One of the (many) things I appreciate about Tim's sequences is that there is never any ego. There is never any shame in accommodation or adaptation because true yoga isn't about some asana template. Thank you, Tim.
I was down with covid for the past 6 days and today seemed a lot better, so: yogatime❗️but a normal class is absolutely not an option yet: no breath, no energy. This gentle stretching class however, was just what the system needed. 🙏🏻 thank you for helping my recovery.
I would love to find the time and energy to do these practices everyday, but unfortunately I haven't found them yet. In the meanwhile, I do them twice a week, better than nothing I guess. But this doesn't prevent me from appreciating your work a lot, Tim! Thank you so much!
Hey Hanna. If you're pressed for time you can do the short workouts. I have a number of short videos available for those days where you're not feeling quite up to it or you’re running short on time. In your Google search bar type in ua-cam.com/users/yogawithtimvideos On the opening page - under the red SUBSCRIBE button - there is a magnifying glass icon. Click on this icon. Type in 15 minute Then you’ll see all the 15 minute and 20 minute videos available.😉
I had saved this a long time ago and after finally getting to it i regret that i did not get to it earlier. This is exactly what my body needs after long hours of triathlon training
I was too tired to follow the day 5 class so I skipped to this one instead of skipping yoga. This was an excellent decision, this restorative practice is very different from all the ones I did over the years. It felt wonderful and I stretched in positions I had never tried before. Thank you for expanding my practice and making me feel so good.
Restoration is as important as "pushing," if not more, learning this... restorative, gentle yoga is helping me relieve my disease of immoderation... even yoga can be overdone if done with wrong intent. Thank you Tim ❤
Hi Tim, thanks so much for your videos! Loved this one. Have been forced to ''back off' in many aspects of life as I navigate concussion recovery. I so appreciate your calm voice, clear instructions and silence in the poses. :)
I really liked this session. The easier poses, held for longer allowed me to explore within the pose and check myself to see if subtle diferences in my position changed the effectiveness of the pose.
Just did this right before going to bed! I hope I sleep like a baby and no matter how i sleep thank you so much Tim!!! It was definitely very helpful to calm me down.
This practice is perfect for working around a fresh injury. In my case the upper rib cage on my right side. Slow and methodical movement is the only way to operate with said injury, and the longer time allows for exploration of working around the pained area to keep the stiffness at bay. Will be returning to this class a few times this week.
I've added this to my regular routine and, just like you said in the video, I've been having better quality sleep. Instead of waking up tired I wake up refreshed (and even before my alarm!).
I love such classes. I really enjoy stretching and slow movement. I’m sure this type of class is essential to incorporate into practice at least once a week.
I have a shoulder injury and this class is just what I needed to get in some yoga without stressing my shoulder. Thanks Tim! Would love to hear your thoughts on how to keep up a practice while recovering from injury.
Hey Adam. Hit me up on the CMC or schedule a zoom and I’ll go over it with you.😉 If you’re not signed up for the CMC, click here: timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement You’ll get access to all my exclusive courses and my exclusive longer/stronger/deeper weekly videos.
Tim, great practice. This challenge has been a welcome surprise. I'll continue to use this one along with the other Yin and restorative practices. Would like to see you add more comments about yoga teachings, theory, yoga sutras, etc.
Thanks Tim for this short pre bedtime stretch. It helps in facilitating a good night’s rest. Slowing down & restoring the body is so important. Much blessings!!👍❤️
Hi Tim…great practice! Yes I do tend to go ‘full throttle’ on stretches due to hyper mobility but it’s never served me and now I’m more mindful but its still a great reminder to back off. Thanks you and Namaste. See you tomorrow 🙏
Thanks a ton! I NEEDED this today after recovering from a little cold. Didn't want to sweat, but wanted to wake my body up and stay active. Very helpful.
This routine was exactly what I needed today❤️ Thank you so much Tim🙏🏽 Side note, I’m on Day 8 of quitting marijuana and the fog is slowly lifting, coughing has stopped, lungs feel better and sleeps are getting better. Onwards to a healthier path🙏🏽
I have been looking for one like this- just perfect on a rest day after a walk or before bed! Feel super relaxed. Saved as a favourite! Thank you Tim 😊 🙏
Almost stopped the video to do this evening, and so glad I decided to do it anyway! Feeling relaxed after a long week and ready to get outside! Will definitely come back to this one again, Thank you Tim! 🙏🏼
This will be my go-to practice for Sundays. Even after one session, I felt more relaxed and re energized at the same time ( as strange as it sounds). Thank you for this practice.
Hi Tim! Great class. I really noticed the edge of strain in myself, the place where ease and efforting overlap. When I hit this threshold, I backed off slightly and could feel how much more easily my body relaxed. Thanks for another excellent insight! enjoy the day!
Thank you so much Tim for this beautiful relaxing class! 🙏 I'm still in the challenge and I love it, because my body and me feel good and rejuvenated! Looking forward to the next practice! Hot sunny greetings from Bavaria, Ulli - give your sweet Ollie an extra big hug from me 😉
Waking up this morning Tim to full on aches and stiffness, I did this amazing class, Friday being the day I am a Mothers help with two toddlers, and boy did this ease all my aches, so I’m off to a great start and full of gratitude - much love and thank you Lizzy 🏴
Still here. I don’t have a wall I can put my legs up, so I looped a strap around the back of my head and up around my feet and had my hands behind my head to hold it. I could relax about 90% or so and got a gentle hamstring and bonus chest/armpit stretch.
This was incredible! First time I could actually let go of tension in shavasana. I'm finally allowing my body to breathe deeply after a life of shallow breathing, and it's definitely thanks to you. Like, I can't believe I actually relaxed my shoulders, it seems unreal.
I like this class, but I have a couple of problems. First I find at the end of the day I am so wound up it is hard for me to slow and calm down. second I have tight hamstrings and longer legs sosome of the stretches are more difficult for me. I am working on it but I think it will be a long process. This is a great class and challenge, thank you.

Thanks, Tim! Restorative feels great after 2 days of challenging practices. Namaste.
Hi, Vicki. Thanks for the feedback 😉
Still with you! And thanks for the reminder about the importance of backing off a little. Definitely felt good (and needed) today - thank you! 🙏🤙🙏
You got it and glad you're still with me. Thank you.
Still here, awesome stretches after all those yesterday's standing poses 🙏
You got it. Thanks Natalie
I'm still here. I have done this in the morning but will definitely try again in the evening, it was a great session. Thanks 🙏

Tim, we do this one regularly after skiing, hiking, working out, ... We need more like this. ✌️
Thank you 😉
Thank you! So important to do this regularly (seriously regularly). Same as the meditation and pranas... Gracias Tim!
