Thanks Tim. I really like these longer ones. Also, my wireless headphones accidentally paused the video at the start. After a minute or two of child's pose I though "wow Tim is really getting into the quiet, long child's pose." I looked up and saw it had paused lol

Morning Tim from England :) This was one of my favourite classes in a while- not sure if it was because it was exactly what I specifically needed, but i loved the length and the progression of the poses. It felt the perfect balance between challenging but buildable, and since I’m sick today- felt able to adjust to do exactly what i needed today. As always, thanks a mill.

That was an intense sequence! Nice good sweat on this holiday morning. I enjoyed going in and out of Warrior III even if it got a bit too challenging in the end (couldn't stay balanced on the same leg for that long without feeling painful tension in my foot).
