- This is a 35 minute yoga workout class aimed to strengthen and to stretch your body. This is a perfect routine to wakeup to, or to practice at anytime in the day.
You'll learn to properly align your body to make sure you using the right muscles in the poses to prevent injury or strain.
This is an awesome morning workout you can do to start your day right with a combination of exercises to help pump blood though the body, to move fluid, and warm up the joints along with strengthening exercises for the core, arms, hips, glutes, legs, chest, upper back, and shoulders.

Woke up this morning on my 46th birthday feeling crumpled and closed. You tube "recommended"this video. Glad I clicked! Was heading to one of your other videos but this did the trick AND enjoyed the focused ab work at the end!
My husband and I got up at 5 am to do some yoga and we really enjoyed this video. Thank you. We will definitely be back again.

Re-ignited an old lower back injury a few days ago doing an intense hip opener yoga class so have been unable to practice for the last six days. This gentle class was just what I needed to ease me back in again. Still have some pain but the stretching has helped immensely. Thank you Tim.

I practice your yoga routines on my balcony that gives me a stunning view of Freetown, the capital of Sierra Leone. The sound of the tropical birds mixes with the 'rookoo' of the pidgeon in your video and provides a soothing soundscape.
You have no idea how much your yoga practice helps me in maintaining order in my chaotic life. Your guidance is excellent and I feel myself getting stronger and more flexible every day (mentally and physically).
Out of all the online yoga practices, yours is the only one I have ever posted a comment on. You make my daily practice enjoyable and satiating.

Appreciating more of the gentler flow work. Similar to the Beginning Vinyasa video where you were nursing an injury (shoulder/wrist) and worked on movement of the thoracic spine. After dancing and teaching dance all day I appreciate seated/floor practices more. : ) Thanks Tim
