Hi Tim, I’m doing your NY 30 days challenge since you started few years ago and I have to say that this year it’s absolutely super! The best so far. I am an experienced practitioner also part of your CMC but I find that going back to basics it’s very useful to deepen the practice. I love how you explain how your body position should be. Not a lot of yoga instructors (even in in person classes) explain the setup and the alignment. Thank you for actually being a yoga instructor and not an exercise yoga instructor!

Tim, your explanations today really clarified body position for many of the poses. I've been doing low Cobra for a long time but have never gotten clairity on how it is supposed to feel. Your explanation of the strap under your chest really helped! Thanks for making these videos for all of us.

Old lady coming thru again on this challenge, Tim👵🏼 (well, these old bones sometimes skip a day here and there😬..). Love your soothing and yet encouraging voice, the scenery (even your pup!), detailed yet not too wordy instruction, and humor. Makes for a thorough but accommodating and relaxing session. Thank you!

Wow Tim. This class really stretched out so many areas I didn't even realize how tight they were. I tend to sit and work at my desk for long hours and so much tightness occurs due to sitting so much. I loved this and appreciate you teaching this type of class. Thank you!

Good morning, Tim! As a very happy non-Type A, it takes quite something to get me to exercise before breakfast, but I find that your challenge is powerfully drawing me to the mat in the morning (after a coffee). It is as if I have no choice. Perhaps I will have learned how to resist after this rebalancing. Thank you for Day Four!

After sleeping horribly last night, I did not want to get out of bed, but didn't want to disappoint either of us either- I'm so glad I did:) Another great start to my day. The hip opener to side plank gave my tight "runner's hips" sweet relief; I'll remember that one from now on! Thanks again~

Todays practice was great, the flow from one to pose to the other very smooth. I loved how we went from worrier two from the right side to the left without going to downward dog and just shifting the feet and hips, and the quads were on fire during triangle and chair pose 👌🏼👌🏼
It's always nice to give the wrists a break and make some transitions from a standing position. Glad you enjoy it as much as I do :)
I found a nice cool breezy spot for today's practice. Loved it thanks Tim. Body still adjusting but the mind is ready and steering this ship. With you!

Day 4. Another great way to start the day.. It's been a few years since I have done yoga.. Never for 30 days in a row.. I fortunately do exercise so I am able to handle the plank position. . On the other hand just about everything else, the stabilization, balance, stretching , breathing etc. is killing me. In a good way. Oh.. I can lay on my back at the end fairly well also. Looking forward to 26 more days in a row.

Hi Tim....I just completed the 2020 challenged last week and have now started the 2021 challenge. I am new to yoga and will be 54 this year. Since starting yoga about 3 months ago, I feel stronger and more flexible than a have in many years. Many of my aches and pains that come with age and old sports injuries have almost disappeared. I also have a mental calmness that I haven’t had in a long time. Thanks for what you do!!

I think this is one of the best videos you've put out in a long time. Don't get me wrong they're all great....but this one had something extra for me. When I first started your 30 day challenges years ago you always used to start on your back moving arms and legs in and out of table. Maybe this just reminded me of some of those early challenges for me, but as mentioned I absolutely loved this one and feel fantastic after being done. Namaste (was gonna put a ! after Namaste....but need to chill a little more so took it away).

Funny fact: I had decided to do less up dogs today because I felt a bit of pain in my low back and the flow was just about cobra in today's video! Perfect for me! Already feeling stronger in my plank and core work feels challenging but also really empowering. Thanks for today's class! See you tomorrow.
Good call Emmanuel. I personally will do less updogs in my practice due to low back pain I get sometimes when surfing a lot. Either just holding plank and going straight to downdog or taking it through chaturanga to cobra will do the trick. Glad this video benefited you.

Thank you Tim! I felt this overwhelming sensation today as you explained the balance between working and allowance. I think that’s why I connect so much with yoga. I aim to keep a balance between those forces in my day to day life and I think yoga helps me to work on that physically and mentally. It was something I was somewhat intrinsically aware of, but when you said it aloud, it “snapped” into a newer version of clarity for me. Thanks for all you do! Happy 4th!

Thank you! I Really liked the slower pace (at least it felt that way to me) today. I appreciate having the time to actually set a pose up. With the quicker flows it feels akward sometimes. Epecially the transition from warrior one to two... my back foot always acts up there :)
