Thank you for this exercise. One tip to for people who want to Increase difficulty: try the poses while trying to work with/avoid your cat who wants to constantly sit on you/your yoga mat.
Absolutely the best way to start the day. The calm voice over - was able to relax the mind and do some great stretches before a busy crazy day. I am in for the challenge. Have a great day! 25 - 40 minutes classes are perfect for mornings.

I freaking loved this flow - the slightly faster pace is more akin to my animal flow movements I'm used to, which allows me to not think too much. Although thinking too less isn't always a good thing. All things in moderation, including moderation.
I am in for the challenge, I missed the January one recovering from open heart surgery so I am very excited for this "bonus" one. I would definitely order that cocktail 🍸 something with kombucha seems fitting. Maybe you can serve them at your upcoming retreat.

That was AMAZING, Tim. The dynamic stretches revealed areas that I was holding tense. They gave me more access to, and a deeper awareness of, my body. It is fascinating how small changes to one's movement can lead to discovery and open up new areas to explore. Thank you!
