Came to this challenge after being tired, burnt out and stressed out from At-Home Strength and HIIT workouts. Not only do these workouts get me to exercise, but the way they're peaceful, slow and perfectly timed - they rather make me look forward to working out everyday. Now I'm onto an alternate schedule of strength training and yoga - and I feel like this will be sustainable for consistency for me in a long run.
This challenge holds perfect timing for me. My doctor took me off yoga for three weeks so some stitches could heal in my face (another plug to use sunscreen everyone!), and then told me I could resume, but "not anywhere close" to what I had been doing. I so appreciate getting to practice again, without too many inversions, and getting back onto the mat. Thank you!
I love how your programs build on one and other. This is perfect amount of everyday yoga to enhance an existing exercise program. I think you struck gold with this one!

I got caught with Yoga for 6pack abs! I literally had to look at the description again. I'm here for day 4! Today I started tired and after 5mins I felt like giving up but I did what I should (continued at a slow pace) and not what I could (just give up) and next thing you know it's shavaasana. 🎉 Thank you Tim!
I did this with full winter gear on, at a farm on East Coast where my daughter rides (sunny but 30F or 0C on parenting duty 😊)and it was blissful ! Namaste 🙏
I remember having had cramps on my left hip during the last stretch, but now it just felt great. I wanna slow down the playback next time to work better on my core that needs most improvement. Thanks a lot, Tim as always.
I'm still in for the 30 day challenge. Perfect amount of time to get it done before heading out for the day. Love Tim's style and how he doesn't go so may reps that it is impossible to hold a certain position. Also love his little laugh throughout the video. I will use and come back to this video.

I think on day 2 you said to only push to a moderate stretching point and to remember to "do no harm or practice nonviolence toward yourself" in poses and I can tell you that I have made this my new mantra in every workout since, yoga or otherwise. I'm someone that pushes too hard often but hearing that really made me stop and ask if I'm doing what's right for me. Thank you so much!!

I am really quite tense today because I didn't sleep well and so I couldn't do all exercises in full - for some i opted out but mostly did a variation or less reps, in short, I did what I should do - and still at the end of today's class was the first time i sat upright in a cross-legged seat without needing a pillow! nice one, thanks Tim!

i agree that 20 mins is ideal especially if you are trying to do these daily. For me it fits perfectly with a cardio workout first then the yoga is a good and relaxing stretch which calms the mind. Love the beach setting. its transports me into another word and the wave sounds are so calming
I love this challenge! I had to give my shoulder a day rest, but now I’m back on track and I really love the balance of stretching and strength. Your voice is also super reassuring through the videos! ❤

Took some classes with Tim a few years back through Yoga works platform. This feels different - the instructions are calm, compassionate, well thought through, and somehow freer? Great. I had to do smal changes to protect my still fragile lower back. The good thing is that now I know how to compensate without losing the ribs and abs contraction and keeping in mind a straight spine. Thank you, Tim.

I know I am late to the game, but I am Truly Loving these practices! I feel like I'm re-learning yoga because of the perspectives that you give us! I have always pushed myself when it comes to yoga and I didn't realize that I was hurting myself and my practice. I am really trying to switch gears and do what I know I should do verses what I think needs to be done and I'm enjoying yoga so much better and feeling stronger! Thank you Tim!
