    I commute to work by bike. I do yoga, but just realized I could also do more focused yoga, thank you for the video! Hope for more videos aimed for cyclists!

      Are you planning to do another routine for Cyclists (a series even?!).
      Would be amazing if you did and I’m certain you would get lots of eager followers as I’ve shared this one upteens times with cyclists I coach and they all enjoy it !!

    Hands down the best Yoga routine for cyclists on UA-cam!!
    As a competitive cyclist, this is my go to Yoga routine 3-4 times week. I more or less know all the movements without even watching.
    Have you considered doing any other videos for cyclists Tim as certain they’d be viewed just as eagerly as this one, chapeau 🙏

      @@yogawithtimwere thinking Tim, I should’ve been more specific, but another similar routine focussed on lower back release would be amazing and also some emphasis/focus on hip stretching (pigeon pose?) or any other areas you experienced when you were cycling and would be fantastic. Namaste 🙏

    Love this practice- would really like a 40-50 min class with good bit of vinyasa warm up followed by stretches for cyclists n runners

    this is the first time I have done a class with you and I loved it thank you. I had done a long hard cycle and wanted to stretch so tapped in yoga for cyclists and you came up. I will definitely be doing this one again as it really targeted the key areas for cycling. thank you

    Absolutely great practice Tim! I'm a cyclist and this definitely helped. It also helps even for those who may sit at a desk job as people tend to hunch over while on the computer just like cyslists do.     Love your session today. I am running out of time, and your 20 min session is perfect. Cat cow with wrist backward, and rolling foam at back are soo lovely. I feel great stretch for for my back, legs and hips. Thank you very much Tim. Btw, I miss the plank poses today :)

    I have been dealing with IT band issues and typically have knee pain after every mountain bike ride. I have been doing this routine after every ride for the past 3 weeks and have been doing your morning yoga video as well. I can happily say that my knee pain has exponentially decreased and continues to improve every week since using these guided videos. You have made this mtb’er one happy man. Thank you Tim, you are awesome!

    Thanks for this video - like the pace and variety of stretching exercises. I found my semitendinosus and abductor muscle ( back of the leg) very hard to stretch and to flex while in the lounge style position with the toes flex. Any advice to get those musclée more and more flexible over time?

    He's a little gorgeous! That aside. Hi, Tim! Thank you for the video. I'm 66.6 and get so incredibly stiff when riding (lots of hills and valley. We ride electric assist bikes or would never make it up some of the hills around here. My diet is good for not creating inflammation and I am generally healthy. We were just talking to day about how biking may not be for our age group. This vid felt so good! What are your thoughts on age and cycling?

    I'm relatively new to cycling and always feel tight after I ride. Since yoga helped me a lot in relaxing and stretching after climbing, I looked for a cycling specific video and found yours. This has now become my goto routine for after the ride an for the next day as well. I find it also works quite well after hiking.

    Best cyclist yoga routine out there. Other routines feel like they've been built by cyclists looking for a stretching routine, or yogis who don't cycle giving extra leg poses. You are great.
