That's great. I want to increase my running and while fast walking on treadmill I started to develop pain in my knee. I hope my goes away as well

I must have twisted my knee or injured it somehow. Sharp pain under knee cap causing me to go lumping. I looked up several videos on youtube. This one really helps, after 1 full session, my knee felt somewhat normal. I was able to go to my meeting and went thru Costco grocery shopping afterward. I will do it again to night and will incorporate it to my yoga routine. Also will subscribe and look at his other videos. Thank you so so much. I cant thank you enough. God bless you for sharing ❤❤❤

If you want to try any knee exercise it should be this video! I dislocated my knee and tore a couple ligaments almost two years ago now and never received physio. I’ve spent the last two years in absolute pain because of it and it’s affected my day to day life immensely. I’ve been doing this video for just over a week now every day and the difference I’ve seen is insane! My mobility is better, I’m less sore all the time, I can drive without pain and I’m enjoying going on walks again. And in such a short time!! I would recommend this video to anyone with any kind of knee pain! Absolutely revolutionary, thank you🙌🏻

My right knee can be collapsed any time if I don’t watch each of my steps. These exercises seems to help my knee pain for the first practice, I will keep doing that every day. Thank you so much Sir! Did you visit an orthopaedic to diagonose the cause of the knee pain? I know friends who did MRI and pain was due to torn meniscus.😢

There is plenty of incorrect, incomplete and even dangerous information out there ( dangerous if done improper or bad form) your technique looks top quality to me.

I'M BACKBTO ADD THAT I ONLY DID THE PRACTICE 2 OR 3X AND SINCE IT HELPED I DIDN'T KEEP UP. BUT A FEW DAYS AGO I HURT MY KNEE AGAIN AND COULD HARDLY WALK. HAD TO ALTERNATE USING A CANE AND A WALKER.
SO TODAY AS I WAS SCROLLING YOU TUBE THE UNIVERSE BROUGHT ME BACK YOUR VIDEO AND I DID IT AGAIN. I COULD FEEL ALL THE TIGHTNESS IN MY CALF MUSCLES AS WELL AS THE QUADS & HAMSTRINGS. AFTER I FINISHED THE SESSION I MASSAGED MY MUSCLES AND DID LEG CIRCLES. I MUST SAY THAT THE WHOLE SESSION RESTORED MY KNEES BACK TO NO PAIN.💥👏🏽🙏🏽 SO IT TAUGHT ME THAT I HAVE TO KEEP DOING THESE EVERY DAY OR AT LEAST EVERY OTHER DAY.😊✊🏽💪🏾🦵🏾

My knee was giving me stabbing pains and I've been doing this video religiously for 2 weeks and my knee is not giving me the pains anymore! I don't have insurance so this is truly a life saver! It is still tight but it's getting better. I'm pretty sure I have patellafemoral syndrome and this is helping me recover.

Thank you, after following your instructions my knees feel so much better. I have had 3 key hole surgeries on my right knee due to a sport injury where I tore my meniscus disc. My knee has never been the same and I still feel pain where sometimes my knee will buckle. It is something that I've just had to live with. Coming across your video and doing your exercises my knee feels so much better to which I will continue to follow you. Thank you.

More than a month ago, I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. I was given topical and oral meds and had 6 sessions of PT within a month. Daily at home till present, I do some home exercises taught me at the rehab. Drinking 3 cups of freshly boiled ginger and turmeric tea helped a lot in alleviating the pain due to its anti-inflammatory properties. I browsed u tube for physiotherapists recommending manual exercises. I found two. And today, I just happened to see your video with interesting exercises. I'll try to do them. But I find it difficult to spread my toenails 😊. Thanks for this video. God bless from the Phils.

I tore my medial and lateral meniscus. Had orthoscopic surgery on 11/15/2023. After 1 day doing this, I’ve been able to stop using ice. Pain is a lot less and walking is smoother. Thank you! I’m sharing it with everyone!
Did you have partial meniscectomy?
I had arthroscopy surgery in Jan 24. But the pain at the back of the knee and calf muscle is not subsiding. Doing lot of physio. Now I'll try this. Actually there's lot of improvement, but I'm not able to walk for longer distances

Thank you so much for this much needed exercise. I’ve been walking dogs for the past 8 or 9 years, which has put so much stress on my knees and one has become quite painful. MRI test shows quite some problems, also due to aging-I’m over 66 after all. I’ve been doing some gentle Pilates, and your knee exercises is going to add to my routine practice. Much appreciate it.
