Hi Dr, I have terrible leg pain and it’s been increasing over years as I am working from home it’s worsening. 2 weeks back I was just browsing for leg exercises and found this . I tried it immediately with a rubber ball which was at home and was assessing my leg pain amazed coz my pain did not increase much that day . The next day I tried again and I rode to a far away place surprised when I was back home o didn’t conplain about leg pain . Finally got a hard ball and started working out everyday and I can see drastic improvement in my leg pain, skin color lightened for legs and even knee is flexible. Thank you doctor for such an amazing contribution I have been sharing this with my family friends as well . Also please share if u have similar exercises for hands with ball .. for blood flow Dr that will be of help too . Once again thanks Dr this really works 🙏💐

Thank you for explaining the different leg n feet exercises for good blood circulation Doctor. I am a 79 yrs old female. Both my knee joints were replaced 11yrs. ago. My problem is slight feeling of numbness in the feet at times n light swelling of legs above the ankle Doctor. The swelling is not visual. I know it's slightly swollen by pressing. I am a diabetic n high pressure patient for the past 30 years but both under control with medication. What precautions should I take so that my legs n feet don't swell like I have seen in some patients Doctor? Thank you.

These are very good excercises for the muscles in the feet. The calves are the pumps in the leg that works by muscle contractions and helps the blood return through the viens back towards the heart 😊
