Very nice beginner streches . I am doing yoga for past 1.5 years.If u do certain things regularly only you can enjoy the results. If the beginner follow this streches daily definitely we can see how much stiffness in body is relieved we can feel . Namaskar Prashant ji, I have a question. While I am doing some of the joints, I have a clicking sound coming from them which bothered me and I stopped. My question is whether there's an Ayurvedic medicine to smoothen such joints or should I keep doing these practices and eventually the joints will smoothen on their own & the sound will stop coming?

I have AS ankylosis spondylitis from last 7 years. Treatment is going on from many years and now I got some relax on pain. However my Body posture is impacted badly shoulders are down and I can not move my neck right and left and so on . Do you see anything which can help me to work on my posture back to normal.
Ask the child mother to give lemon juice every morning in empty stomach. Don't add sugar or salt, just dilute it with water. It will heal , I am a living example. Note: Lemon is not acidic , it becomes fully alkaline after consumed as raw.

Now i plan to include yoga long with running in my fitness regime to hopefully have fitter life for as long as possible

Palms hold lots of Prana. End with rubbing the palm we are trying to bring it back to the body
