    Very nice beginner streches . I am doing yoga for past 1.5 years.If u do certain things regularly only you can enjoy the results. If the beginner follow this streches daily definitely we can see how much stiffness in body is relieved we can feel . One small step will take us to another level.Thanks ji for each every step with proper instructions

I have been suffering from hypothyroidism for the last few years, and I am trying to control it by practicing yoga.     At what time should I take the ashwagandha? I take shankapushpi in the mornings and Mentat in the evenings to help me with the menopause side effect of insomnia, as prescribed by an Ayurveda clinic in India. Thanks you very much for all these wonderful videos! 🙏 a Aloha and namaskaram 🧘‍♀️🕉️

    Namaskar Prashant ji, I have a question. While I am doing some of the joints, I have a clicking sound coming from them which bothered me and I stopped. My question is whether there's an Ayurvedic medicine to smoothen such joints or should I keep doing these practices and eventually the joints will smoothen on their own & the sound will stop coming?

      Palms hold lots of Prana. End with rubbing the palm we are trying to bring it back to the body

    Prashantj first of all let me thank you for providing these insightful yoga videos.I am really impressed with your technical information for doing each movement to make it simple to understand. I have AS ankylosis spondylitis from last 7 years. Treatment is going on from many years and now I got some relax on pain. However my Body posture is impacted badly shoulders are down and I can not move my neck right and left and so on . Do you see anything which can help me to work on my posture back to normal.

    Please guide on yoga exercises for acid reflux for 6yr old. TQ. Love this 20 minute vedio. I am 77 yrs young. So slowly , slowly catch the rat.🤗

      Ask the child mother to give lemon juice every morning in empty stomach. Don't add sugar or salt, just dilute it with water. It will heal , I am a living example. Note: Lemon is not acidic , it becomes fully alkaline after consumed as raw.

    Thank you this is amazing.. i am a runner suffering from ITB syndrome .. the pain hasnt gone completely but it has brought me back to my roots and i have started doing some yoga aasan like markat aasan etc ...
    Now i plan to include yoga long with running in my fitness regime to hopefully have fitter life for as long as possible

    Namaste I practise yoga regularly and have used ayurveda for many health issues sadly I cannot tolerate Ashwaghanda ,it causes immediate vomiting and diarrhoea, advise please, thank-you. I do suffer from IBS

    Can u plz put ur light on pelvic tilt issues i.e anterior pelvic tilt/lateral pelvic tilt which causes postures issues, rib flares,forward neck, rounded shoulders ,pains in cervical,thoracic,lumbar,knee or joint pains.
    And also plz aware us on how to engage core and pelvic in asanas with breath.
