I was doing exercise given by Dr. But after Ealing better I gave up doing regularly.But style of teaching made me to do e exercise again .That is your skill !! I like it. I am 59 years and had severe knee pain and after I started this exercise I got relief and thanks to you.
Please apply castor oil with coconut oil mix 2 times and massage 5 minutes daily. It is miracle and within 5 days u will get 50 % relief.
