    I am 37 years old...i hv severe pain in my right knee...now a days started doing as per your instructions...feeling relaxed n got relief...these all excercises told by my physio..but your way of doing is different....love your excercises...hope i will be fine very soon...Thank you so much and hats off to you for such a brilliant videos making for us🙏🏼🙏🏼

      Please apply castor oil with coconut oil mix 2 times and massage 5 minutes daily. It is miracle and within 5 days u will get 50 % relief.

    I am 66 years old . Not able to sit on floor since many years . I have recently joined your free online classes and doing these knee exercises and shoulder exercises for last 4 days . Suffering with left knee pain and right shoulder / arm pain . Hope following these exercises regularly will help me also as others.     Thank u Saurabh, I found your video useful for my knee pain. I could do most of them well accept the one that includes bending the knee towards the chest. Since I have problem with my right knee it doesn’t bend easily. That is reason I have problem getting in and out of the car, when driving I can drive with ease.
    Still going to do it regularly to see if I get any relief. Thank u so much for teaching good techniques. 👏👏 I just turned 80 on July ist week but have no courage to replace my knee.

    Saurabh ji I am following these exercises daily, and regular sessions also. I am very happy bcz at last I got my yoga guru. I was doing yoga for the last 20 years but with breaks bcz of job etc. Now I am doing yoga daily bcz of you sir. Dhanyawad, Happy teacher's day🎉

    Thanks my Dear. Some of these exercises were given to me by my Consultant Rhumatalogist, but for a high payment. They were very effective. You have given additional exercises which are very good, without any charges. It's lot of Merit to you my Son. 🙏🙏🙏

    I am hoin though a pain phase in one knee these days .
    Your vedio on knee exercises was a revival and reminder of the physiotherapy I had done few years back fothe same problem.
    Thanks for being a trainer , a coach and now also a physiotherapist for us ..... senior members of habuild programme.

      This problem is nowadays is a common in every home specially plus 40 ,but at present younger are also effected
