It's life changing that you explain and point out how to get out of the pose gradually from top to bottom. A game changer for me! I have been doing something similar for ages, but kept having the pain. Now for the first time I really feel the benefit and great warm up in the area. Thanks a million! I really find great hope of becoming slightly better after 40 years of osteoporosis, lumbar disc contraction,cervical spondylitis, wrtigo with 4yrs + Parkingson's Parkingson's had taken a heavy toll,imbalance, gait is much of an issue, vestibular bppv problems diagnosis. I am now 75.Never had experience of what health.n freshness means. My head also suffers from a continuous tightness, inner vibrations. When I put my head on pillow, I have a feeling of log back of head,,tightness, on the forehead n ,templles ,with almost always a pull inside middle point btn the eyes.This is also a 40/45 yrs of suffering. I have been given more than enough medical attention ,health care always. I saw 2 of ur videos n felt a deep hope ..you can chart out a mix of exercises n perhaps at the last leg of my life l can sit better n pray n meditate better .I am left with no further desire. Could you pls be kind enough to allow me a hearing first n you can decide about the exercises ?In this too busy life of yours, this is indeed asking too much.
