    I have severe left knee problem .So i was going through u tube .All of a sudden i remembered you madam,i usedto follow you on tv channel MN any years ago .That was fantastic .So now i tried your knee asanas .within 15 minutes i got lot of relief .Thanks mam .U r great 🙏

    Knee pains are great nuisance and destructive not only for movements but for the whole mind state.Much thanks for both physical and stress releiving advices.Only breathing out pain is very attractive advice -especialy for a person having psychology specialization.Hoping one day being able to get such perfect TMskill of getting the necessary level of mental self suggestion.Much gratitude for the councelling!

    Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom Ma'am. I have benefited with these exercises. Right knee pain relief within 2 days of doing these exercises. I didnt get this result even after 2 months of physio. Grateful that I found your video 🙏
