    I've got to say that this is one of my favorite ab workouts! It gets my heart rate up and I definitely feel the burn!!

      That's because u don't know bohobeautiful channel!SHE is amazing!Rebecca is quite nice(that's my opinion of course) but trust me and have a look!She has tons of workouts abs legs booty and also yoga , stretching for all levels!!! If u stick to her videos , I promise u're gonna have the most beautiful body u never had!Of course , u have to eat clean as well!Bye!
