Oh my god, I’m completely overwhelmed by the fact that my calves are finally slim!! REALLY SLIM. I did this workout for about 5 weeks and I’m more than happy. I've been doing this every day for two months before i go to bed and sometimes in the morning too. I tend to have big calves and i can not believe that it's actually working for me. My calves are much slimmer now. Indeed it needs disipline, but it's really paid off when you see the result. It's really working for me, and hopefully it will too for you. Thought to let you guys know, probably it will help.

When you stretch, are you following this video or do you use other stretch methods? And how long do you need to stretch?
Loved this ! After my injury and 7 months of one of my legs being useless, I was told by physio to do calf raises to build the muscle tone back up. I decided to mix in your workouts and now it is even stronger than before 😄 thank you

I’m quite short and I have big muscular calves that make me look very stumpy. Other than that I workout a lot to ensure that I keep a healthy body. Used to do your workouts a lot and see great results. Am definitely going to try this out...fingers crossed!!

How often do you do it?
+mhai sie I do it 3 times a day, I combine this workout with the Thigh Gap one and the Miley Cyrus leg workout. It did help my calves, thighs, and also glutes! I hiper it does for you too! :) Keep going!

If you really want to get slim, fit calves, I suggest you to take a look at Rebecca's diet (or something like that), so you can eat healthy. But keep going! Results don't come in 2 days, more like 2 weeks (if you workout daily)! :)

The reason why ur calves will become bulkier doing this workout is cause u don't stretch.Stretch them out after and you'll see the results u want😉
Marj Orie No, you don't get bulky from your own bodyweight!! That's a huge LIE most women believe unfortunately. You can't get bulky from your own bodyweight, you need testosterone injections, HUGE loads of protein powders, and other drugs in order to get bulky. Fear not!

I’ve been doing this for approximately 2 months and I wouldn’t say it gets your calf’s “slimmer” but it TONES them! Overall this is a great exercise and gets easier as you keep doing it!

super late to this video but I have really bulky claves (a genetics thing) and I really want to slim them down so I’m gonna try this out and update you guys daily hopefully!
Day 1: pretty easy. not feeling too bad just yet. obviously no results haha
Day 2: I did another workout for stomach and I’m hurting EVERYWHERE LOL so the leg workout was a little harder today but still wasn’t too bad. still no results (not expecting any just yet)
Day 3: my legs shook a lot and they’re starting to ‘burn’. they don’t hurt or anything. I think I’ve started to notice a little more definition in the muscle and they’ve slightly SLIGHTLY slimmed a little (I THINK)
has anyone else tried this? does it make your legs larger with muscles or anything?

been doing this + the XHIT calves workout for about 3 days now and i can see a slight difference :) i'll be doing this for about a month so if ya want results, lmk 💕 otherwise I will be updating!
Day 1: whew this workout was tiring. i wanted to stop so many times since the burn was real (keep in mind i dont exercise at all and never did before this vid so you may find it easier to do than me if you exercise daily) but trust me this is vv beginner-friendly! even tho its tempting to stop, dont stop since its more effective that way and it is accomplishable to do this workout w/o taking breaks! that said, I didn't see a difference since its just the first day however my calves felt harder and not "jiggly" like before. btw my calves are 75% fat, they're more of a jiggly type? (ew it sounds gross the way I described it lmao)
Day 2: same as day 1 but it was slightly easier to do this time, I resisted the urge to stop better than the 1st day :) I can see a vv slight indentation on the bottom of my calves so it means that its working a bit, its a lil toned now.
Thanks so much for following my channel! Plenty of different workout styles to choose from, and I encourage that if you REALLY want to see results, you work one muscle hard-core and then give two days or so rest to allow it them rebuild! And then even when you go back to that region - mix it up with different workouts! What's crucial is that you are constantly challenging your body and remember to re-fuel! Don't waste all the effort you're putting in! Looking forward to hearing how THAT works out for you! 😄❤️

I go to the beach in 14 days, I've made a playlist of exercises I'm gonna do daily and this one is def on it! It won't kill me to donate an hour or two of my day if it means I'll look smoking in my swimsuit! 😂 I'm changing my diet for the better as well! Im drinking tons more water too!

Day one: I'm trembling and my right calf hurts more than the other 😟
Day two: My calves have toned a bit + my right calf is almost dead 😭 Apart from that, I see no difference in size ofc
Day three: Still burns 😅 It is a bit easier the more I do it though ☺

I have slim thighs but fat calves (tbh im just skinny fat overall). I really hope this helps tone down my calves 😭 I also started doing jump ropes this week and the pain in the calves is real lmao

My calves have been big my whole life. Genetic.
My thighs are a decent size but my calves just ruin it lol. Most of it is muscle. Will this work? I feel like it's getting bigger or (that I'm working to gain) after day 1. I'm seeing mixed results of this & unsure. Suggestions/advice/results/experience pleeeease

Hi, I don’t know if you are still waiting for an answer but here’s mine:
I’ve always had very big calves (friends call me chicken thighs because my legs and calves are extremely big)
I’ve did this workout for a total of 3 weeks and I saw a difference.
By doing it 1 time a day and everyday, My calves became slimmer. It really works! So please consider doing it, it is very effective

I don’t know alot about calves lmao but maybe is it only your imagination? You’ve done it for only 4 days, the real results are not coming that fast 😊 (I’ve done it for 2 consecutives weeks and I only saw a little bit of a change), you should keep doing it for a week and then if it still seems disproportional then you should maybe stop?

Any toning exercises will result in overall leaner, tighter muscle. Fat-burning such as HIIT coupled with strength-training and really taxing and taring those muscles will indeed give a more toned and hence lean aesthetic! Great job following my workouts, keep on feeling the burn with me because consistency is key, as is nutrition and mindset! ❤️💪

I get asked this one often: ANY toning exercises do indeed tone and tighten the muscles. Your gains will depend on so many factors such as your existing muscles, the weights you may choose to add, and then of course it really all comes down to NUTRITION. Adding protein with a post-workout shake will be hugely beneficial to rebuilding the muscles so they are toned and defined - I use 35lb dumbbells in each hand on leg days - are mine bulky?? I’m really badly self conscious about my calves it’s genetics they’ve always been a bit bigger than average people and it gives me really bad anxiety, last time I tried a work out they just got bigger I think this is because most of it is muscle but there is fat. So if I do this again will it make my calves bigger because it gains the muscle or will it make them slimmer?

Hi Kavara, it really depends on your genetics, though you shouldn't develop bulging muscles due to semi-regular, non-weight calf workouts!

Great question Nour! It depends on people's bodies and fitness levels, so in theory yes absolutely the thighs could get a little more toned from this one, however I do have targeted thigh-gap and thigh-thinner workouts on my 'legs' playlist that will isolate that specific area of the body for everyone that gives it a go!

Hi there! I'm afraid it's so hard for me to predict the outcome of certain exercises based on everyone's unique bone structure etc. However I am a huge advocate of working out ALL areas of the body, and if you're concerned, don't over-do it, but throwing this one in once or twice a month will be excellent for staying fit and toned! My advice is to go for it's only a 10 minute workout! 💪😉
