Like "if you're feeling extra strong today" or just "if you're able to do this, but if you're not here is an alternative" makes it feel very welcoming!!

Your core workouts are RAD!!! I'm very active and an athlete and nothing has toned my core more than these workouts which has really helped me in my sport (tennis).
the second i finished the exercise i was thinking to myself “did i do this wrong? i don’t feel much” then as soon as i sit still, i can feel my core actually tightening like it’s gasping for air for the next ten minutes🤣 definitely gonna keep doing this for the next 2 weeks!
Doing this everday, remind me to update it! day 1- did the exercise, felt great until I sat down after the workout, my core felt like it was gasping for air, relatively easy to do, not sore after, made me feel good day 2 - some of the stretches were slightly more difficult at the beginning than they usually were the first time I didn’t, was a bit easier.
I will try to do this every day for 2 weeks and update. Day 1 ✅ That was killer as Lily said. I am sweating A LOT and I had some difficulty getting up from the mat😅 Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ❌ I went cycling with some friends. We cycled for about 28 km Day 4 ✅ It's getting easier to do this Day 5 ✅ Day 6✅ Day 7 ❌ I got my period Day 8 ❌ I had some really bad cramps Day 9 ✅ I'm back at it😊 Day 10 ✅ Day 11 ✅ Day 13 ✅ I'm almost done!! Day 14 ✅ I lost around 2kg (no diet) but I don't see any major difference on my belly. My mom told me this morning that my thighs look slimmer. I don't see it but I'll have to trust her. I will keep doing this workout in order to achieve my goal of getting a flatter belly. Good luck to all of you who are doing this!🫶🏻
maybe instead of looking only at the scale, you should take a tape measure and scale out your measurements! weight can often be deceiving because it doesnt really show water weight vs fat loss vs muscle weight. if your goal is to ""lose weight"", it might actually be more helpful to take your measurements
I am thinking because of your cycle you have inflammation and what not. I would keep at it because you will suddenly just look up and see a vast difference ❤
I am almost to day 14, three days left and I have to say oh my oh my, thank you! From the deepest part of my heart thank you. I have always been an athlete and never in my 33 years on this planet felt an engaged and strong core. I don’t know what clicked but the last two weeks of doing this every day has serious changed me so much. The feeling of your core engaged and turned on without pooching out is a total game changer. That was my problem before no matter what core exercises I did I couldn’t get my abs to create that brace without rounding out like a dome. I can confidently say finally, finally, finally my abs are starting to show and I can feel so much more stability in the trunk of my body. I feel great and amazing. Guys seriously between your trunk of your body and your legs/glutes those are the main components giving you every day efficient and pain free mobility. When they aren’t exercised properly everything seems hard. Since doing this 8 min Pilates every day, literally every other workout seems easier. That seems crazy to say but I truly feel a huge difference and I am so incredibly grateful for you Lilly! Thank you thank you!!
Hi! I'm going to keep a 14 day log and report each day! I am going to try my best to eat healthy and at home. I am a vegetarian and don't get enough protein so I'll be more mindful of that as well! Excited to see some progress! Day 1: The first few side exercises started to hurt my back, not sure if I am doing them correctly. So i did them standing up. Definitely feel the burn towards the end.
Guys, my results from this workout are insane!!! If I could give an advice is: in the first days, focus on the right execution. This works like a charm. Thank you!
Was looking to lose some pregnancy weight. I haven't had a chance to take care of myself. I loved pilates in my teens but haven't done it for almost two decades. Here is my journey. Day 1: I feel so out of shape and old lol. I had to take mini breaks towards the end and half of my forms were way off. Day 2: The leg burn is not fun. But I am pushing through it. Day 3: I expected today to be painful. Surprisingly it wasn't as bad as Day 2. Taking less breaks and pushing through some of the exercises. Learning to breathe better. Day 4: Today went really well. I almost got my form correct on the warm-up stretches. I also powered through the first sets of table tops without taking a break, which is a BIG WIN. I don't feel any major difference, but I do feel a little stronger each day. Day 5: The leg burn was definitely more pronounced today than previous days. I felt that my core is stronger, but the burn in my legs bothered me more than the ab discomfort. Day 6: We went on a long hike with the kids. I baby carried my almost 20 pounder the whole way, so I took the day off. Day 7: Today burned so badly, especially in my legs. I am finding the exercises more difficult as I take on the more challenging forms rather than the modified forms. I did make through the last one-miniute without any break for the very FIRST time!!! Day 8: I did not want to exercise today. But I pushed myself through it. This round was hard and everything seems to burn more. But my forms are getting better. Still working on breathing. Day 9: The warm-ups are becoming my least favorite part of this routine. I feel that it's stretching me more than before, which is good... but still don't like them. Had some breakthroughs in the double leg exercise. I also barely took breaks today. Day 10: Today was surprisingly great. I am not sure what happened. But I did well and felt strong. My legs still burn like crazy on some of the exercises. Day 11: Didn't get a chance to exercise. I ended up doing a 1-minute plank before going to bed. Day 12: Todaay felt good. I think the break yesterday helped my body to reset (?). I met up with a friend whom I haven't seen for a few weeks. She noticed immediately that my baby pouches around my tummy has shrunk and commented on it right away. I personally didn't notice it until she pointed out. I guess I have been just focusing on the number and haven't seen much weight change. But once she mentioned it, I noticed it too. I still have the pouch, but it is not as loose and stretched out. It made me feel good that some changes are already taking place. Day 13 to Day 15: The flu hit the house. Sad to have missed so many days. But I tried to stay active by playing with the kids and babycarrying my 20lb baby around the house. Day 16: Still congested but glad to be able to start doing it again. I know I missed days but want to still finish this. Today was surprsingly good. Congestion makes breathing hard. But I only took a break toward the last minute of the exercise. I weighed myself today. I guess taking care of sick kids and the exercise helped lol. Lost 2 lbs so far. Day 17: Great workout. First time doing this in the morning. It was good. Feeling stronger. Day 18: Another good workout day. Trying to decide if I should continue or move to a different exercise routine just to change things up. Day 19: AMAZING. Did everything without any break. No modified form. What a way to end the 14-day challenge. Still debating if I should continue this for another week or look up another video from her to change things up. Total weight loss is a little over 2 lbs. But I definitely can feel a difference with my prego pouches. Update: I am going to do this workout next. Doing this everyday for 14 days to see if what Lilly says is true (im sure i will see great results ❤❤) Waist START : 64cm Visible results: no abs visible but i have a middle line down the middle of my stomach (goes as soon as i drink 1ml of water 😂) Day 1 - 25.09.23: i really enjoyed it, i burnt 36 calories. My stomach isn't sore surprisingly but im sure i will feel it tomorrow!! Day 2- 26.09.23 - omg that burned so much. The first few exercises i really struggle with as i suffer from a sensitive back however i really enjoyed the workout!!! - No results yet but it has only been 2 days so i wasnt really expecting anything Day 3- 27.09.23 - really enjoyed the workout today - i feel less puffy and bloated which is a good sign Day 4 28.09.23 - i struggled in this workout today as i felt unmotivated and i ached all over however still completed it!! As you can't spot reduce fat - and you can't lose fat by exercise alone if your diet too isn't on point this will not work. This video is the craziest clickbait I've ever seen. But as your waist is already slender, you may build a bit of muscle - but again here 14 days is just a tiny effort, and if you have a sore back, there are definitely better ways of engaging your core than doing variations of sit-ups.

I don't have to wait two weeks to know the result. Check out the science behind, and you'll know that there are no quick fixes - and no way to obtain visible abs in two weeks from doing a workout alone. You're struggling with the exercise and feel pain - that's a horrible sign. Listen to your body first and foremost. @@katherine332
Alright, so, I've been doing this workout for a while now, like a couple of weeks, and my waist went from 76 cm to 73 cm. So yeah, the effort is all worth it❤
I always do repeat this exercise video for every 4 days per week. LOVE IT every time! my head not dizzy PLUS my waist got the exercise and this exercise is so casual BUT hard at the same time. AND it is end soon, so it is not wasting my time. It is the most PERFECT workout that someone ever created. I just love everything about it!

I've done all kind of abs workout before and I thought I was strong but that first exercise really humbled me. I gained 10kg lately. I'll use this to try and tone my stomach. My waist: 72 cm. Weight: 60.0 kg (132 lbs) Height: 163 cm (5'3). Will update weekly because I don't think daily would be anything
My first workout with you. I am having a hard time keeping my weight off. I am 56 and have always been physically active and an athlete's body for the most part. I am the heaviest I have been in all my life😢.

I've been trying ab workouts for years already and I've never found a workout that actually worked for me. But this workout is amazing! I'm on day 9 and (in combination with good eating) I have lost 3 kg and 4 cm of my waist and my abs have gotten much more defined (like A LOT more). This workout leaves me feeling energised and strong, rather than exhausted and sore. I'm obsessed!
Staring this workout now. Will update this comment after 5 days and then 14 days. Notify if I forget. My apologies, was quite busy! The workout was very effective after day 12 i noticed a big change and i definitely looked slimmer in the stomach area, although just know if this is the only workout your doing, many other things will contribute too, such as consistency and diet, keeping consistent with this workout is a big factor along with maintaining a healthy diet and drinking your daily intake of water(half of your body weight.) Please ask questions if you need to! also know that results come in different ways for different people, some have very fast results and some very slow, so dont be too stressed if you don't see change just yet, it can take time and patience.

Keeping with this routine, and doubling up the arm/leg torso rotation segment of the first 3 minutes… love it. There is a change up about the breathing… only breathing in once at the bottom twist helps the Pilates burn pacing. Love the later segment reminders about keeping lower back flat to the mat. Always relevant.
Just did this after a walk and it was really nice!! I read some comments of people actually losing cms in the waist so I’ll keep doing it and update here in 2 weeks.

Trying this as a 14 day challenge, hoping to update it everyday: day 1- done, felt like i could try a longer one day 2 - tried another video to push myself a little more, got humbled real quick. I had to quit halfway because of how hard it was day 3 - got humbled again, had to pause it multiple times to catch my breath day 4 - it feels like its getting harder each day :c planning to do a rest day on day 5
Day 4 and I’m definitely strengthening my core. Day 1, I was using a lot of the modified moves. Today, I was nearly able to do it ALL (the last move is insane but I’m working on it lol). I add this to the end of all my workouts and my stomach is shrinking! Definitely doing this for at least a full month.. if not forever :)!

I’m new to Pilates so I’m adding this to my routine Day 1: there was one exercise I couldn’t do which was the v shape one but wow I love this workout and I shall keep updating my progress Day 2: it got easier I still didn’t get that one exercise but wow this went by fast today. Day 3: This one burned more than the last two, I lifted my legs up more and I felt the burn more Day 4: I challenged myself and tried the exercise where you put your arms behind you head and open your legs and omg my abs were burning but I pushed through Day 5: Getting better at my form aiming to do this till the end of Dec. Day 6: my abs a reshaping a little bit more but I need to add a caloric deficit since the exercises only cover 20%, if you want real abs to show, eating is 80% responsible for better results

Coming back for an honest honest opinion because I feel like I can never trust myself with other comments. I am a 15 year old girl who is reasonably skinny but has a lot of unwanted belly fat. I’ve tried workouts before but they never seem to work but I haven’t tried Pilates. Remind me to come back to this please!!!! I have a habit of not being consistent!!! Day 1- did it few hours before bed, was alright, stomach burnt a bit. Day 2- I actually decided I would do another Lilly workout, this workout gave me more of a burn though, I like both of the workouts. Either way I’m sore. Day 3- Burned like hell. Thats all i have to say. Day 4- Had work after school and had a 20 minute window frame to get ready and finished way later than expected so i did not do it. I also cheated the whole day while in food tech having cupcakes fondant and really unhealthy stuff now i feel super guilty. I am becomig inconsistent againnnn help meeee day i dont even know- guysssss...... i forgot. i didnt actually forget i just dont want too, i am not motivated, ive been giving into my craving addiction and going backwards, im here to remind you all thats its hard, its not an easy thing, but it takes time and practise. you are all beautiful, dont feel ashamed if you fall backwards, one step back is 2 steps foward! i will start again when im not busy, school holidays are coming up, the 2 week gap will be a great time for me to start again! i am ready to win! love you all your doing amazing x
Doing this… and some other workouts, up until prom! (June), will update my weight at the end of every week. Right now I’m 190lbs at 5’4 Day one…. THIS IS NOT FOR THE WEAK 😭 I seriously almost died BUT the burn is certainly burning I can feel it in my thighs and my back and my stomach 🙏 super exciting to keep going! Day two: ✅ sore yesterday plus soreness from today, I am fr off my rocker it’s 7am. I feel great though! Day three: ✅ took a little more breaks this time but I’m starting to feel more of a burn in my stomach :D day four: ✅️ did it with my boyfriend tonight! he kept me going without many breaks Day five: actually totally forgot to do it… ‘twas a busy day Day Six: ✅ my lower back has started to burn.. and the pull in my hip is starting to leave Day seven : ✅️ I actually did her recent workout today, a 10 minute ab fat workout and oohhYHH that hurt. But!! WEIGHT UPDATE! now I know pilates focuses on burning fat not weight, so I didn't expect much but I weighed this morning before breakfast and I lost about 2 pounds just in this first week. As for my general shape - from the side its definitely more noticeable, but I'm slightly slimmer! from the front, not much has changed (cursed wide ribcage) I have hopes! Day eight: ✅ was so tired today tbh, did it after a yoga class and I was DEAD Day nine: ✅ I am so sore 😭 but it’s super clear now, my boyfriend has commented that I look thinner (yippee!) and my friends have noticed that I feel a lot healthier and safe in my body! They’ve also seen a slight difference ^_^ Day ten: ✅ gosh, I’ve been a bit bloated lately so I’m gonna try an apple cider vinegar hack but! I can still tell there’s a difference :) Day 11 - 14: ✅ haven’t been updating because I just have been too lazy too tbh 😂, and super busy with grad stuff (eee!) I’ve lost 2 more pounds since the last time, and I promise I’ve still been doing these workouts every night, even if I’m not uploading. Apple cider vinegar is so gross btw, but helps with bloating! If you can get passed the gross taste, it’s super worth it! Day 15: ✅ did a lower body workout with this, and my butt has never hurt so bad in my life 😭 Day 16: ✅ nothing super new, but still keeping at it 17: ✅ I’m at 184lbs! Make sure you weigh yourself in the morning before you’ve eaten ^^ 18: ✅ So.. I’ve been on some school trips and my mum had unexpected surgery so I haven’t been able to find the time to do this, taking care of her and all, but today I got back at it! Super burn lol

Okay guys, as it’s 30/4 (for Americans that’s April 30), I will give you guys an update on this workout. So after 30 days of doing this workout consistently and doing fitness activities on top of that, my obliques are popping like more defined than I have ever seen them before. My waist was maybe 29-28.5” at the start now it’s around 27.5-27”. My weight is down by 2kg (but that could also be my lifestyle choices). In terms of ab definition, yes it has given me a more toned look but less sculpted from when I used to have abs (but that could be body fat and water weight etc) deffo works with consistency & healthy lifestyle and it gets easier but still burns when you do it!
Loved this one!! I can tell by the way my abs are responding that I need to add more Pilates to my workouts! I am on the lean app, but new! Doing LEM now. Can’t wait to do more!❤

Day 14 ✅ I lost around 2kg (no diet) but I don't see any major difference on my belly. My mom told me this morning that my thighs look slimmer. I don't see it but I'll have to trust her. maybe instead of looking only at the scale, you should take a tape measure and scale out your measurements! weight can often be deceiving because it doesnt really show water weight vs fat loss vs muscle weight. if your goal is to ""lose weight"", it might actually be more helpful to take your measurements
I am thinking because of your cycle you have inflammation and what not. I would keep at it because you will suddenly just look up and see a vast difference ❤

I am almost to day 14, three days left and I have to say oh my oh my, thank you! From the deepest part of my heart thank you. I have always been an athlete and never in my 33 years on this planet felt an engaged and strong core. I don’t know what clicked but the last two weeks of doing this every day has serious changed me so much. The feeling of your core engaged and turned on without pooching out is a total game changer. That was my problem before no matter what core exercises I did I couldn’t get my abs to create that brace without rounding out like a dome. I can confidently say finally, finally, finally my abs are starting to show and I can feel so much more stability in the trunk of my body. I feel great and amazing.
Guys seriously between your trunk of your body and your legs/glutes those are the main components giving you every day efficient and pain free mobility. When they aren’t exercised properly everything seems hard. Since doing this 8 min Pilates every day, literally every other workout seems easier. That seems crazy to say but I truly feel a huge difference and I am so incredibly grateful for you Lilly! Thank you thank you!!
Hi! I'm going to keep a 14 day log and report each day! I am going to try my best to eat healthy and at home. I am a vegetarian and don't get enough protein so I'll be more mindful of that as well! Excited to see some progress!
Day 1: The first few side exercises started to hurt my back, not sure if I am doing them correctly. So i did them standing up. Definitely feel the burn towards the end.
Guys, my results from this workout are insane!!! If I could give an advice is: in the first days, focus on the right execution. This works like a charm. Thank you!
Was looking to lose some pregnancy weight. I haven't had a chance to take care of myself. I loved pilates in my teens but haven't done it for almost two decades. Here is my journey.
Day 1: I feel so out of shape and old lol. I had to take mini breaks towards the end and half of my forms were way off.
Day 2: The leg burn is not fun. But I am pushing through it.
Day 3: I expected today to be painful. Surprisingly it wasn't as bad as Day 2. Taking less breaks and pushing through some of the exercises. Learning to breathe better.
Day 4: Today went really well. I almost got my form correct on the warm-up stretches. I also powered through the first sets of table tops without taking a break, which is a BIG WIN. I don't feel any major difference, but I do feel a little stronger each day.
Day 5: The leg burn was definitely more pronounced today than previous days. I felt that my core is stronger, but the burn in my legs bothered me more than the ab discomfort.
Day 6: We went on a long hike with the kids. I baby carried my almost 20 pounder the whole way, so I took the day off.
Day 7: Today burned so badly, especially in my legs. I am finding the exercises more difficult as I take on the more challenging forms rather than the modified forms. I did make through the last one-miniute without any break for the very FIRST time!!!
Day 8: I did not want to exercise today. But I pushed myself through it. This round was hard and everything seems to burn more. But my forms are getting better. Still working on breathing.
Day 9: The warm-ups are becoming my least favorite part of this routine. I feel that it's stretching me more than before, which is good... but still don't like them. Had some breakthroughs in the double leg exercise. I also barely took breaks today.
Day 10: Today was surprisingly great. I am not sure what happened. But I did well and felt strong. My legs still burn like crazy on some of the exercises.
Day 11: Didn't get a chance to exercise. I ended up doing a 1-minute plank before going to bed.
Day 12: Todaay felt good. I think the break yesterday helped my body to reset (?). I met up with a friend whom I haven't seen for a few weeks. She noticed immediately that my baby pouches around my tummy has shrunk and commented on it right away. I personally didn't notice it until she pointed out. I guess I have been just focusing on the number and haven't seen much weight change. But once she mentioned it, I noticed it too. I still have the pouch, but it is not as loose and stretched out. It made me feel good that some changes are already taking place.
Day 13 to Day 15: The flu hit the house. Sad to have missed so many days. But I tried to stay active by playing with the kids and babycarrying my 20lb baby around the house.
Day 16: Still congested but glad to be able to start doing it again. I know I missed days but want to still finish this. Today was surprsingly good. Congestion makes breathing hard. But I only took a break toward the last minute of the exercise. I weighed myself today. I guess taking care of sick kids and the exercise helped lol. Lost 2 lbs so far.
Day 17: Great workout. First time doing this in the morning. It was good. Feeling stronger.
Day 18: Another good workout day. Trying to decide if I should continue or move to a different exercise routine just to change things up.
Day 19: AMAZING. Did everything without any break. No modified form. What a way to end the 14-day challenge. Still debating if I should continue this for another week or look up another video from her to change things up. Total weight loss is a little over 2 lbs. But I definitely can feel a difference with my prego pouches.
Update: I am going to do this workout next. It's a different one from Lily.

As you can't spot reduce fat - and you can't lose fat by exercise alone if your diet too isn't on point this will not work. This video is the craziest clickbait I've ever seen. But as your waist is already slender, you may build a bit of muscle - but again here 14 days is just a tiny effort, and if you have a sore back, there are definitely better ways of engaging your core than doing variations of sit-ups.

I don't have to wait two weeks to know the result. Check out the science behind, and you'll know that there are no quick fixes - and no way to obtain visible abs in two weeks from doing a workout alone. You're struggling with the exercise and feel pain - that's a horrible sign. Listen to your body first and foremost. @@katherine332

I always do repeat this exercise video for every 4 days per week. LOVE IT every time! my head not dizzy PLUS my waist got the exercise and this exercise is so casual BUT hard at the same time. AND it is end soon, so it is not wasting my time. It is the most PERFECT workout that someone ever created. I just love everything about it!

I’ve been doing this workout for the past week, and at first I really didn’t think the first workout was going to do anything but WOW was I wrong LOL. I feel the burn after a minute. This is an amazing workout!

I've done all kind of abs workout before and I thought I was strong but that first exercise really humbled me.
I gained 10kg lately. I'll use this to try and tone my stomach. My waist: 72 cm. Weight: 60.0 kg (132 lbs) Height: 163 cm (5'3). Will update weekly because I don't think daily would be anything

I consider myself intermediately fit and this had my abs shaking! I do pilates twice a week and spin a few times a week.
I've been trying ab workouts for years already and I've never found a workout that actually worked for me. But this workout is amazing! I'm on day 9 and (in combination with good eating) I have lost 3 kg and 4 cm of my waist and my abs have gotten much more defined (like A LOT more). This workout leaves me feeling energised and strong, rather than exhausted and sore. I'm obsessed!

My apologies, was quite busy! The workout was very effective after day 12 i noticed a big change and i definitely looked slimmer in the stomach area, although just know if this is the only workout your doing, many other things will contribute too, such as consistency and diet, keeping consistent with this workout is a big factor along with maintaining a healthy diet and drinking your daily intake of water(half of your body weight.) Please ask questions if you need to!
also know that results come in different ways for different people, some have very fast results and some very slow, so dont be too stressed if you don't see change just yet, it can take time and patience.

Keeping with this routine, and doubling up the arm/leg torso rotation segment of the first 3 minutes… love it. There is a change up about the breathing… only breathing in once at the bottom twist helps the Pilates burn pacing. Love the later segment reminders about keeping lower back flat to the mat. Always relevant.

I will say I started underweight and slightly in shape already

Day 4 and I’m definitely strengthening my core. Day 1, I was using a lot of the modified moves. Today, I was nearly able to do it ALL (the last move is insane but I’m working on it lol). I add this to the end of all my workouts and my stomach is shrinking! Definitely doing this for at least a full month.. if not forever :)!

I’m new to Pilates so I’m adding this to my routine
Day 1: there was one exercise I couldn’t do which was the v shape one but wow I love this workout and I shall keep updating my progress
Day 2: it got easier I still didn’t get that one exercise but wow this went by fast today.
Day 3: This one burned more than the last two, I lifted my legs up more and I felt the burn more
Day 4: I challenged myself and tried the exercise where you put your arms behind you head and open your legs and omg my abs were burning but I pushed through
Day 5: Getting better at my form aiming to do this till the end of Dec.
Day 6: my abs a reshaping a little bit more but I need to add a caloric deficit since the exercises only cover 20%, if you want real abs to show, eating is 80% responsible for better results
Day 7: honestly the workout has gotten a bit easier, so I’ll just keep checking when I did it that way I can stay consistent with it,

Realmente sentí que trabajé muy bien el abdomen, a pesar de que fue una rutina corta, me dolió y realmente senti el trabajo en el core. Coming back for an honest honest opinion because I feel like I can never trust myself with other comments. I am a 15 year old girl who is reasonably skinny but has a lot of unwanted belly fat. I’ve tried workouts before but they never seem to work but I haven’t tried Pilates. Remind me to come back to this please!!!! I have a habit of not being consistent!!!
Day 1- did it few hours before bed, was alright, stomach burnt a bit.
Day 2- I actually decided I would do another Lilly workout, this workout gave me more of a burn though, I like both of the workouts. Either way I’m sore.
Day 3- Burned like hell. Thats all i have to say.
Day 4- Had work after school and had a 20 minute window frame to get ready and finished way later than expected so i did not do it. I also cheated the whole day while in food tech having cupcakes fondant and really unhealthy stuff now i feel super guilty. I am becomig inconsistent againnnn help meeee
day i dont even know- guysssss...... i forgot. i didnt actually forget i just dont want too, i am not motivated, ive been giving into my craving addiction and going backwards, im here to remind you all thats its hard, its not an easy thing, but it takes time and practise. you are all beautiful, dont feel ashamed if you fall backwards, one step back is 2 steps foward! i will start again when im not busy, school holidays are coming up, the 2 week gap will be a great time for me to start again! i am ready to win!

WEIGHT UPDATE! now I know pilates focuses on burning fat not weight, so I didn't expect much but I weighed this morning before breakfast and I lost about 2 pounds just in this first week. As for my general shape - from the side its definitely more noticeable, but I'm slightly slimmer!

Day nine: ✅ I am so sore 😭 but it’s super clear now, my boyfriend has commented that I look thinner (yippee!) and my friends have noticed that I feel a lot healthier and safe in my body! They’ve also seen a slight difference ^_^
Day ten: ✅ gosh, I’ve been a bit bloated lately so I’m gonna try an apple cider vinegar hack but! I can still tell there’s a difference :)
Day 11 - 14: ✅ haven’t been updating because I just have been too lazy too tbh 😂, and super busy with grad stuff (eee!) I’ve lost 2 more pounds since the last time, and I promise I’ve still been doing these workouts every night, even if I’m not uploading. Apple cider vinegar is so gross btw, but helps with bloating! If you can get passed the gross taste, it’s super worth it!
Day 15: ✅ did a lower body workout with this, and my butt has never hurt so bad in my life 😭
Day 16: ✅ nothing super new, but still keeping at it
17: ✅ I’m at 184lbs! Make sure you weigh yourself in the morning before you’ve eaten ^^
18: ✅ So.. I’ve been on some school trips and my mum had unexpected surgery so I haven’t been able to find the time to do this, taking care of her and all, but today I got back at it! Super burn lol

Okay guys, as it’s 30/4 (for Americans that’s April 30), I will give you guys an update on this workout. So after 30 days of doing this workout consistently and doing fitness activities on top of that, my obliques are popping like more defined than I have ever seen them before. My waist was maybe 29-28.5” at the start now it’s around 27.5-27”. My weight is down by 2kg (but that could also be my lifestyle choices). In terms of ab definition, yes it has given me a more toned look but less sculpted from when I used to have abs (but that could be body fat and water weight etc) deffo works with consistency & healthy lifestyle and it gets easier but still burns when you do it!
