    Those who are feeling the burn in the legs and not the glutes need to just move your leg a little further back. You will feel your glutes then. Just move your leg back til you feel it. This works! I loved this workout, Rebecca!

    Hello rebecca OMG!!!! I damn love you- this workout has made a change i was looking up for so long. I cant beleive myself OMG. Bless you. Lots of prayers. You helped me alot after my pregnancy to get back in shape. And today i am 55kg from 73kg i lost this in 6months of your workouts. And i am not weak m strong and healthy. I feel amazing.     I've just tried and felt that leg raises n small circles blast hips n outer thighs, bridge raises blast bums. Have I done it right?

    Do so many of your workouts..thank you! This is one of my favourites though, the best butt and thigh workout..a killer..but works! Great instructions make a difference.

    But i wanted to ask you.. I don't have problem with my stomach but with my butt and my upper thighs. I'm just gaining fat in those arias. What exercises should i do to make my butt smaller? :)) ♥

    Hi Rebecca Louise! I absolutely love your workouts and i'm a huge fan of your workout calender :) But I always struggle with the leg raises and the small circles. I get such a cramp in my legs ,especially the ancles. Do you know why that happens and what I can do to make that stop??

    I actually rest my head in my hand in this one for part of it because it was hurting my arm and shoulder to stay in this position and wow, it works a different part. This is one of my favorites.

      Hi there! Great question! So in toning your glutes, the legs and butt area become tighter and more defined with the muscles showing through and the skin becoming more taught in those area. I encourage glute exercises mainly because of how fundamental they are to your core strength and this will help toning of the legs and lower body.
      Does that answer your question? It's hard to generalize for everyone's body type/muscle structure and for everyone's idea of what a thin/toned butt is. Thanks for working out with me - do let me know if that helps you out! 😘😉💪

      +Aly Bella Try relaxing your foot and engaging your booty muscle when you're doing the leg raises, also it's v important to tuck your pelvis when you're doing the bridge pulses/dances and reaaally squeeze your butt cheeks, that way you should feel it more in yout booty. It's hard to focus on using the right muscle at first, but just keep at it and it'll get easier each time! And if you feel like it's too easy, you should probably add some weights. I know Rebecca isn't using any in this video, so if you wanna know "how" to use weights and where to put them, her "Lift and Tone Your Butt" video is kinda similar to this one! I hope that helped :)

      Venovia what I do is slightly putting the raised leg in front of the rested leg (sort of a diagonal) and I can feel the burn in my butt and zero in my legs. Hope I explained myself. Anyways, good luck in your fitness and health life

      Try squeezing your butt and just focus/ think about that part of your body ☺️ And if you're cramping up rest for 5 seconds. I know I needed to a couple times.

      Try slightly bending your knee and relaxing your foot! That'll make the muscles in your butt contract vs. your outer thigh.

      My legs hurt more than my butt too but when you focus on really lifting your leg using your butt/glutes it really makes a difference! Maybe put your hand on your butt to feel if you're really targeting that muscle, always helps me :)
