love how you really emphasise taking it slow sometimes and making sure to get your form right so that the right muscles are exercised properly - some other youtubers focus on speed and i find myself with improper form and not really getting the most out of my workout x
I'm so lucky I found your channel! I was a gymnast and really strong and well rounded with my muscles and flexibility but lately I've lost my motivation to work out. Right now I'm building confidence and knowledge by practicing techniques in my room then I'll be able to bring my butt back in the gym!

can you make work out for cellulite please
Nada Nabil Cellulite goes away the more and the longer you regularly workout/ do sports. And obviously a good diet. You cant erase it with a special workout. Of course you can focus on the area where the Cellulite is.

Absolutely LOVED the moves in this!!! Was there a dolphin in the background by the way?! 😂🤩🐬 and incorporated the turquoise burn band (which I'm using as my medium level at this point 😁) for the clamshell move!
I have lots of leg fat and when I do this workout it makes me think that I will never be skinny :( but with ur motivation I feel like I can do this :)

I love all of you're videos!! I do them everyday! The problem is that I have a problem with my hips and if I put to much strain on them, they hurt and I have to stop. Could you make a video that wouldn't workout you're hips but would still have a cardio?

How often do you do this?
Try 2 or 3 of her videos to reach half an hour of workout. Do that 3-4 times a week and you will definitely see your body improving soon.
