Loving your abs workout-videos! I've always found abs workouts so boring, but yours are awesome and make me want to work my abs every day! I've been doing your workouts for nearly 2 months now and I'm definitely getting some definition in my upper abs (my lower stomach and hip-area is really the only place where I seem to store fat these days)! My core strength has also improved greatly! I can feel the how hard the muscles gotten despite the fat stored on top. Thanks so much and keep up the good work!

I already had a line in the middle of my abs, but i didn’t have obliques, which i really wanted.
I did this workout 6 times a week for about 2 weeks long, and i can already see a line on the side of my abs! This is the best obliques workout i’ve ever tried!

This is gonna sounf so cheezy but i love you rebecca. Your workouts showed me that i could get the body o wanted without starving mtseld. I suffered with anorexia for at least a year and now because of you i have never felt happier with my body. You want to rest the muscle groups for a day or two. But you can do some exercise each day! :)

I've been working out since October last year and tried to lose weight together with a good friend of mine. I love swimming and last time I went swimming I almost cried when I really saw myself. Definitely felt the burn on this one! I have the definition lines on my obliques and down my center stomach. I just to really tone and tighten my abs. Am I headed in the right direction?

Make sure that you aren't straining your neck! You can put your head into your heads. You want to be using the strength from your abs.

Hi Kyla, it's great of you to have an interest for fitness at such a young age. However, keep in mind, women bodies come in all shapes and sizes. Don't let those social media or peer pressures to make you feel that you have to be thin or toned. At 12, I would just enjoy myself. As long as you eat healthy and drink lots of water, you are already doing an excellent job at taking care of your body and mind.

Rebecca i saw a video from Athlean xx women that showed which ab exercises one shouldn't do and they said that twisting moves like russian twists etc. are not good for the lower back when you're a beginner and not strong enough yet :/

Rebecca I need help. I want to loose weight so badly because I am a wee bit over weight but I can't do anything about changing my diet what should I do?
I workout everyday for a minimum of twenty minutes and I walk everywhere so I do my workouts unless I'm really busy. I play sports and everything but I cannot loose weight and I cannot change my diet as i don't have a job or much good food in my house

My workouts focus on all major muscle groups, while Pilates is more about core strengthening. Of course, there are many variations of Pilates :)
