This is the BEST. I've followed all of the rebeccas's works for many years. This has become my new favorite one. I burned my abs....can't breath!!!! but worth it! Love u rebecca!!!!!
Rebecca seriously, you can't understand how much you are helping me with your workouts! I've tried to just pick a random video sometimes when I workout, but my motivation and energy just sinks or something. With you I stay motivated, positive and energized through the whole workout! And I feel happy afterwards. I actually tell my friends sometimes, 'today I'm gonna workout with my personal trainer', and then they ask who and then I say Rebecca-Louise haha :) You're the best, and thanks for being you!

Great to hear! Being consistent with a given workout every week or so is great, and to really see those abs coming through; make sure you are varying up your ab routines with rest days in between, and then also consume the right amount of protein - I never go without a post-workout protein shake! I love your workouts so much. they're pretty much all I've been doing lately, but I was wondering if you could maybe make a more intense video specifically for the lower abs? My upper abs look better than ever thanks to your videos but my lower belly still needs work.

And I recommend adding some wights to any of my ab videos to get those results quicker - you can aim to go as high as like two 10lb dumbbells or maybe more! What weights are you lifting these days? 😃💪

Yes they are coming in may! I had an injured knee so was only able to do upper body workouts!
Hi my lovely, brilliant I can now even do all the v sits and holding my legs lower, this would never of been possible 3 yrs ago, my neurologist is going to be blown away by my improvement, my back is so much better, 2 back operations I have had which has left nerve damage they told me I would be paralyzed I proved them wrong by exercising stronger core is definitely the key, Thank you so much for keeping me inspired.❤❤

Ohh that one was brutal. Great arm and core workout and really challenges that balance! I didn't realize how much stronger I was with my right arm compared to my left until I lifted up on those sides and swung those weights! Definitely need to work the obliques and arm on my left side to even that out! I worked up a sweat! Great workout.

I have to tell this workout was piece of cake to me after struggling for 1 year. Before this i cant even finish a 10min work out but now i finish this without even pausing this many times. I may not have flat belly cause i am not consistent during workout but people start to notice the change in my body. They said i look more healthy and fit now. And i my self feel strong. Thanks Rebecca for changing my life. Love you so much 😘. I will let you know about my progress soon 😊
