This ended up being exactly what I wanted. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

All the way through, feeling accomplished. Biggest tip don't ever stop, if you have to have a set of 2lbs next to you so you can drop the 5lbs on certain exercises if it get too hard.

This is great - incorporates a lot of new stuff. I've been using her "how to lose arm fat" for a couple of years. BTW I had to reduce dumbbell weight from 8 to 5 a year ago because I developed pain/arthritis/tendinitis in my thumb joints and wrists.

Wow, I am so happy I found Rebecca Louise!!! At 61 I was swimming a mile a day but needed MORE...so I searched and here I am. My stomach has started to shape up, my arms I do twice a day and they are getting stronger!!!! Thank you for going slow with the exercises..not only can I do it but I keep up and complete every video I do with Rebecca. I spend 50 minutes here, 20 min on bike, and I am the water aerobic instructor at the YMCA too. I'm loosing slowly but wow what definition I'm getting. Again, Thank you Rebecca

Hi Rebecca, this is great exercise, you put a lot of motivation on this! My question is.. I am 46, and I follow you all the way.. but sometimes it's kind of hard. Do you think, I am forcing myself too much, or is it normal by tired.. just wanted your feedback! My son says this is really good!

One of the best arm workouts I've done! I'm gonna definitely do this in the future too!! It was killing me, but I'm just starting to come back to working out after 4 weeks of nothing. Really felt the burn!! Wow it was so good😁
Second time doing it with a rest day between. Feeling good, I think I did a little better than last time but the pulses got me really food again.. Hoping to see changes soon☺️💪

Rebecca, my wrist muscles tend to bulk up. Which of these workouts ( within this clip) should avoid to avoid bulking up my wrist?
Finally-a FULL workout where there is hardly any fluff at the beginning and the end, just straight to the workout. And it's longer than 10 minutes w/o having to be in the burn program.
