BURN! I have been trying different abs workout for years, all of them had paid off but this one combines lots of great movement i have done plus new one. This has been my favorite ab workout since 2016. Whenever my girls and I get together to workout, we put this on for our ab workout. You feel the burn and see the results. You keep us working throughout the whole video. It's tough. The feeling afterward is amazing and so is the transformation with consistency.
Recently I got a bikini and I don't like how large my stomach is. I don't have abs; in fact, I can make rolls of fat when I bend over! I'm reading the comments right now and seeing that most people got really good results and I'm hoping that I will too.

After being done with just 15 dumbbell lift with each arm, push ups(20-30max) and 50-100 crunch and reverse crunch daily routine, when I decided to explore more of fitness Rebecca's 5min workout(later 8min abs) were the first ones I would do them every day for a year maybe and thanx to it #icanfeeltheburnrebecca I still got body fat round my belly but my core is tight, even though I don't have shredded abs there they are still not invisible. Now I am off to finally get rid of all fat and show what I worth. Back then I could not would not do a plank, side plank and plus moving while side plank was impossible. Now plank exercise is the active rest for me. Thank you girl like really.

I've been doing this workout, combined with X-trainer in the last 6 months. Have lost 7 kilograms so far. I do this exercise every 2 days, with some other Rebecca Louise exercises as well. In my basement I installed a little gym room, with Rebecca always on the wall (beamer). Meanwhile my girlfriend also joined me in the RL programs. So great!
My favorite workout. Please make one with the same intensity and pace with no breaks for the legs/thighs/butt and arms. You are awesome RL - your workout routine, enthusiasm, and your encouragement throughout the workout.

Sorry, I'm late but I find that doing a little stretch routine after working out really helps and reduces pain. Make sure you stretch every muscle in every body part, NOT just your back and neck. Hope this helps.

soft kitty I put an ice pack over it, or take a cold bath/shower.. it helped ease the pain so much

Bad Quality eat healthy! Whole plant foods! Ride a bike or go for a jog! Drink enough water at least 3 litres! Reduce salt and oil intake!
