BURN! I have been trying different abs workout for years, all of them had paid off but this one combines lots of great movement i have done plus new one. I love how this one feels very intense, and Rebecca makes it easier to go through this fast paced routine. 10 mins done, I do feel the burn in my tummy and I am sweaty! Keep up everyone, and thanks for sharing this!

Recently I got a bikini and I don't like how large my stomach is. I don't have abs; in fact, I can make rolls of fat when I bend over! I'm reading the comments right now and seeing that most people got really good results and I'm hoping that I will too.

how can i avoid neck and back pain
soft kitty I put an ice pack over it, or take a cold bath/shower.. it helped ease the pain so much
Sorry, I'm late but I find that doing a little stretch routine after working out really helps and reduces pain. Make sure you stretch every muscle in every body part, NOT just your back and neck. Hope this helps.

Bad Quality eat healthy! Whole plant foods! Ride a bike or go for a jog! Drink enough water at least 3 litres! Reduce salt and oil intake!
