+Shweta Maniwade I have started thia workout about a week ago and my abs are in great pain even withiut weights! By far the best ab workout of hers! I suggest u to do this workout everyday day at least once for a month.I really hope I see the difference in this period too.Big kiss☺
+Shweta Maniwade I agree with Tanya. If you do this once a day, you will get great results fast, but I think it's enough to do every second day. Let your muscles rest a bit. Cardio is also important, don't forget about that :) and maybe mixing this workout with other ab exercises can help. You won't get bored during working out if you do this for a longer period. :)

Hi Rebecca! Love all your workouts! You and Alphie are awesome! Just subscribed to your fitness calendar. I'm mainly looking to tone my arms. I'm a little confused whether to do arm workouts everyday. Should I follow only the workouts on your calendar or add some arm workout if the given workout is for lower body only?

Haven't done abs in ages. My hating zone but still finished it.
Amazing job Verena! Factoring in a few ab workouts each week will give your stomach incredible definition - the good news is that abs are made in the kitchen and so 20% is fitness, but 80% is nutrition! Be sure to have your post workout shake and you'll see those abs pop through in no time! ❤️💪

I love all your videos, but for some reason I'm hurting my back and not feeling it in my abs at all with this workout. I have a very round muscular bum that kind of makes it difficult for my back to stay on the ground. Lol :(

I don't feel anything.. only my legs.. please help.. if I Wanted to feel the burn in my legs I would train my legs.. I just want to train my abs but I can't feel anything.. 😢😢
Be sure to pull your tummy into the floor; you don't want an arch in your back! If you can't lower your legs as far with your back flat on the floor, don't worry. You'll still be working your abs instead of your legs. :)
