    I am 50 years old and never really excersised or watched and stuck to any excersise program. I watched you one time and I'm addicted! I've lost over 110 lbs and still going. I couldn't have done it without you!!! Thank you Rebecca! I feel the burn!

      Congrats Sheila! I'm a 56 year old woman who started exercising 2 1/2 years ago and I also had been sedentary most of my life. I lost about 85 lbs. I've gained muscle tone I didn't know I had and am in the best shape I've ever been in. I can even keep up now with the 20 somethings in some HIIT videos I have! Keep going and feel the burn! Rebecca is the absolute BEST and will always keep you motivated with her boundless energy and positive attitude.

    Once I hit my 50's I had flabby arms. Since finding you my arms are so tone and defined. It only took 4 months. Fab at 50

    Me? not so consistent. . . two times a week didn't see much results. I will try five times a week. Fingers crossed. April 29, 2021

    I lost weight this past year and I my arms are not firm anymore. When I look in a mirror I see loose skin on my arms from the elbow to shoulder.. As a senior can I still get my arms firm again? I had not played tennis for 30 months and it's like I lost muscles so my skin is loose especially on my arms and thighs.
