Congrats Sheila! I'm a 56 year old woman who started exercising 2 1/2 years ago and I also had been sedentary most of my life. I lost about 85 lbs. Do it as long as it takes to actually see results but don't think about how long. Hope that made sense.

Having trouble with upright rows
I lost weight this past year and I my arms are not firm anymore. When I look in a mirror I see loose skin on my arms from the elbow to shoulder.. As a senior can I still get my arms firm again? I had not played tennis for 30 months and it's like I lost muscles so my skin is loose especially on my arms and thighs.
