Rebecca! Thank you for adding sliders! I brought some quality resistance bands (similar to your own) and they came with sliders. You are the only trainer I follow so seeing workouts including these is ace...I think you have a great range of workouts that cover every area and I notice the difference. Any extra workouts for super lean legs and calves would be fab, also smoothing out those hip dips ;)
I subscribed to the pro version of your btes app last year and followed most of the months. Haven't been able to pay the annual subscription for your new burn app but figured I could start back with the three month plan soon as. I can't wait.

Hello!! I was late to this video which I am really sad about because it's so GOOD! Requests for workouts:
1) I travel SO much now and I am often in my hotel room at weird and wonderful times and usually after dinners with clients so if you could do like a post dinner workout (do such things exist??) I would be grateful because sometimes I feel so sluggish to work out after a long day and then a meal on top...
2) some Chest workouts would be GREAT.. I normally tack on some chest presses/flies to an arm workout but if you could come up with something novel and effective (which can be done with/without weights) that would be really appreciated.

Yes, it is okay to use ankle weights for ab exercises. However, it is important to start with a lighter weight and gradually increase the weight as your body adjusts. It is also important to make sure that you are using proper form and technique when doing the exercises with the ankle weights to avoid any injury. 🤗

Good idea. I have scoliosis with 3 back surgeries. I’m limited in doing certain exercises. For example crunches. I try with modifications.
More workouts that use heavier weights.
