usually i love these workouts but this just made me feel shittier about myself than before coz i literally couldn't do a single exercise, mainly I'm just not flexible enough. But you're positive attitude helped me finish the video regardless, even if i had to do the modified versions for everything

Did you do any warm up beforehand? It's incredible how flexible 15 min of yoga stretching make you feel. BTW, I'm turning 50 this month and I'm not feeling Rebecca's workouts overwhelming unless maybe there's long pressure on my lower back or neck.
Just do one. Try to do another the next day. I couldn't finish when I first started, now I can do two videos. Hang in there
My tummy is on fire with those butterfly crunches and Russian twists and my obliques are burning 🔥 with those oblique crunches and magic Mike! Goodbye love handles !

Hi, Rebecca! I love your channel and workouts, I’m a fan and you are very nice which is part of why your videos are ao enjoyable. I have a question though : what would you recommend for losing inches in the waist area? I am already on the lean muscles kind of figure and I workout almost everyday, eat very healthy and cook mostly at home (so that I know what goes in), but I have 66 cm and I would like to get to 60-62, without losing weight or getting skinnier on other areas.

Are you supposed to cool down/ stretch after these short workouts??
My tummy is feeling the burn with those v sit and my obliques are on fire with those oblique crunches good bye love handles !😊
If you have a back injury and have a problem tucking your hips under and pulling your belly button into the ground (during the crunch variations that require lying on your back), can a pillow or rolled towel be used just under the butt to tuck the hips under for you? At least temporarily, until back muscles are more strengthened? Or would that defeat the purpose?

I'm not sure
I used you for 5 months and it was fabulous . Unfortunately last 2 months I have had difficulty in downloading the routine. My payment is fulfilled every month so do not understand why. Since never got any answers from google I have had to stop the payment . Upset abit this becaus eI really did like your monthly routines as they covered everything.
I have a question for you... since being quarantine i find myself eating... what can I do... i need serious help or i will be back in the 200 range again.
Drink a glass of water, wait for appr. 10 minutes and when you still want to eat something try nuts, almonds or a protein-shake with some fruits. This is what helps me 😊
Niccole Stratton 1. Don’t think about food, at times our mind gets hungry not our tummy. 2. Drink plenty of water before and after meals. 3. Don’t eat and watch tv 4. Drink lemon, honey and ginger inbetween meals or first thing in the morning. 5. Snack on yogurt or fruits and nuts 6. Wait 20mins after your meal before rushing to eat something else, it takes the brain 20 minutes to realize if you need more food or not 7. Again, don’t think of food, and if you keep thinking of the food you will keeping going back! Goodluck
