would be great if you made playlists on youtube for begginer, intermediate and hard, because some workouts are too easy, and when I am halfway through, i switch to another more challenging workout. Still this one was great for the arms.Thank you so much ❤❤❤

hey rebecca ! i really want to get a thigh gap and a slim waist so i can become a model , so i do your thigh gap workout and your waist thinner workout every day and i also do athletics 3 times a week for 2 hours (im a sprinter) but i dont seem to be loosing any weight so i dont know what to do ! thank you so much for your workouts ! (btw im 16 if that changes anything ! :))

Hello Rebecca, i wanted to know if this workout will help me to build some curves in my upper body or if i should eat some specific meals before and after the workout because i don't gain any weight or any muscle in my upper body in contrary of my lower body and it is frustrating me a bit :( anyway i love ur channel you're amazing

Hey Rebecca, when your doing the exercise on your back where you raise and lover your legs, how do you keep your back on the ground?

A lot of your workouts incorporate only a handful of reps for a bunch of different excercises. The day after, I don't really feel like I've done a workout. What I think would be more effective is to spend longer on each exercise--fewer excercises, but more reps each. Thanks!

Hi! I feel the burn. It really hurts.. been doing your excerises for a month now, see just a little bit difference in my body. I'm also breastfeeding mom, I do exercises mostly after my kids go to sleep. What time do you recommend to do this exercises? Is it will be any input if I'll do it after 9 pm?

Really try to tuck your pelvis using your abdomen! You got this! Putting your hands under the lower part of your bum can also help until you gain strength!
Will this be effective if I do it without weights? I don't have any.

I am only 17 and cannot afford to buy a gym membership. If I eat healthy and clean almost all the time should I be able to get toned using these workouts? If not, what should I expect to see. I've been working out for a while now and I'm not sure if I'm seeing much results.
Rinnah keep working out with these videos! I'm also 17, and when I started I didnt immediately see any improvement. But if you stick with it and incorporate it into your life style, you'll get better and feel better. (It is harder to see improvement on your own body because you constantly see it, but other people who only see you from time to time notice the change.) Good luck, the journey is tough, we all just try our best

Hi Raquel - I'm always just trying to push my #RALPHIES to keep up with me - believe me it might seem impossible or barely possible, but if you put your mind to it, you'll keep up and then start to really see those gains from my workouts - always good to pick up the pace and add some cardio training as well as toning 💪❤️

sorry I just can't hear you... The background got more beautiful (since you travel a lot), but that doesn't make a good workout video. I just couldn't follow your moves, I HAD to watch the screen.
This is so rushed! Wouldn't it be better to have half as many exercises with more repetitions? I cannot imagine that this is effective if you rush through it and do like 8 or 10 reps only. Or am I supposed to do this video several times in a row?
Were you able to get through the whole workout? The idea is to keep your body moving so you burn more calories and keep your body under tension for a longer period of time. For a slower version you can check out the HOW TO series and the 10 minute workouts!

You can slow down the reps if you need to!
This workout is way too rushed. I stopped after 5 minutes. No time to put down equipment because you are already halfway through the next exercise. Too bad, was really looking forward to do this workout. Was also distracted by the sound quality. Switched to another workout.
sorry it wasnt to your liking. this workout is to go non stope so you get the full time exercising! You can check out my HOW TO videos on how to do each exercise so you can come to this one! maximize your time! its also best to keep your body under tension to get the best results!
