This is, by far, the best workout you’ve done! Different exercises than your typical thigh workout, challenging moves, and weights included! The timer is great as well.
Years back I was following you all the time. Somehow I left exercise for various reasons. When I felt like reducing the weight which I gained during a break, first thing was to reach out to you. Thank you a tonnes of times, I’m going to lose weight just by following you till I reduce 20kgs and maintain beyond.
This one is my absolute favourite leg workout!! This WORKS!! I tried two years ago and my legs got much thinner (ADDING WEIGHTS IS A GAME CHANGER)!! Now I want to do it again!! This workout Plus "Blogilates saddlebag quick" are killing!!

Yea, whatever...For American women, your lives were already like a lockdown. You have sooo many "must do's" and "must haves" in your life. When a new fashion trend comes along for example, it is like "the quick and the dead" And when that "must have fashion" style goes out of style, it is just as important to be one of the first ones out. Yea, that is because the new "next big thing" is in vogue and you are back on the fashion merry go round....Then it is rinse and repeat...over and over and over.

Love this workout! I'm really enjoying the workouts with weights. After I do a video so many times, it's not so challenging anymore, but with weights I can keep adding resistance to keep my muscles burning!
I am naturally big on hip and thighs. I thought nothing could change that unless I get liposuction but this workout with 30min cardio for 2 months, I am now size 0 on my pants for the first time of my life! Its hard, it doesn't really get easy, but it works!

I've been working out everyday for weeks with various videos including this one! Very nice, very motivating! This hasn't dramatically reduced the fat on my thighs but it definitely shaped them as well as my hips! I love how this helps strengthen the thighs and build muscles :) I'll be continuing working out with this video. Thanks Rebecca!
to gain muscle you need to eat more good nutrition and use some weight. If you want to lose fat you wont always gain muscle. These workouts will not make you bully. you do need good nutrition to lose weight and its actually about eating more of the right foods!

#icanfeeltheburnrebecca i have been doing this workout for 3 weeks, i have noticed a massive improvement in my thigh muscle, my inner thighs need a lot more work lol as ive been pretty lazy with upper leg workouts, i can definitely notice a difference though, those last 2 minutes really kill me, i dont know wether to be sick or cry lol! I was doing some other workouts the last 2 years and they were good but i wasnt building any muscle definition and they left me with a lot of flab?! so now im working on trying to get rid of the loose flab and your workouts have been great for that, i do an ab, arm and this leg workout every week for 5 days, sat/sun off for rest and i also finish with a yoga workout as it helps as a cool down, so thankyou, made a huge difference for me!

Hello Rebecca! I have a question. I have been alternating between your workouts for 17 days now and I discovered this today - also tried it right away. I did feel a burn but more like a "yeah I'm moving" burn, not a "makes me wanna collapse to the floor and scream in agony" kind of burn. do I have to go harder? (i.e. add more weights) or is the workout still effective despite feeling a slight burn only? Thanks in advance xx
Do you have a workout specifically for saddlebags and also for your knees ? I have chub on my knees and there are no exercises for it that I can find and also the saddlebags are pretty hard too. Thank you.
