Rebecca-Louise I did one of your barre outfits the other day and it almost killed me and I work out 6-7 times a week so you know it was good.
@@Rebeccalouisefitness Oh and about the workout clothes- I love the colors and prints, totally summer ready! However the waist band seems too wide, too square and unflattering. The bra straps could have a different shape, more modern, like an X or narrow V shape. ♥️💖♥️

Great workout, as always! Really got me sweating and cant wait to tone my legs and butt!! You look great, but i'm not feeling the outfit either. I think the shorts need to be shorter or longer, but they are at a weird length for me. And I'm not a fan of the ruler/measuring tape lines at the waist. Personally, I'd be too obsessed with my waist size while I wore it.
I like the color but that's all. The waistband is not attractive and I don't like the length of the pants either. You've worn much cuter outfits in the past.
please can you tell me if I can do this workout every day?
Rebecca would you possibly put out another video or two for lower body workout with heavy weights? I love this one and do it a lot but I think my muscles are getting to used to these moves!!

I have to say those clothes look really nice although I'm not a big fan of pink I may be being biased but if I may suggest making them different colors like red, green, blue, and maybe purple and orange. Or even two colors at a time. Just a suggestion.

I just wanted to ask would weights tone the legs or build more muscle giving them a bulk look?
You need to lift very heavy weights very often to bulk up. I would have to lift heavy weights four times a week for 1.5-2 hours every session to bulk up in my time. This kind of workout that Rebecca is doing will make you toned.
Very true! You need SO much protein (and food in general) to get bulky - if you gain muscle easily, try starting off with lighter weights!

Absolutely not, it's a super popular myth. But actually all those bulky women, are those that take drugs, steroids and insane amounts of protein! Nothing we do. Super models lift heavy weights and they look toned, feminine and hot! So really nothing to worry about, just stretch between exercises when lifting
