I have always been tiny and skinny, but never muscular and fit...But your videos changed my body! I wanna excersice with this one and this video is for 5 years ago and hooooow proud i am that i have been following her for a loooong time i remember a day that i was rejected by my crush and i was so devastated for 3 days i couldnt get out of bed but i just played one of her video and started exercising and it just made me overcome that hard situation.And i remember another day when one of my piano teacher told me im not good enough for the level i am and he made fun of me and i was soooo sadddddd and again i turned to following and doing her excersice.I really wish she knows how helpful she has been through all these years in my life.I really appreciate your energy and hardworking and rebecca YOU ARE LOVED AND APPRECIATED KEEP GOINGGGGGG❤-HASTI

Thank you for these 15 min workouts! They're easy to fit into any schedule and I find myself coming back to do them over and over. First time I've been able to regularly exercise for more than a month so thanks, must be your energy. ❤️ Also, my dogs are very confused whenever I lay down to do the abs, one of them keeps bringing me the ball or licking my elbow, it's very cute. 😂

Yes I do that a lot when I'm not filming! I definitely recommend adding weight if you can, but I like to make sure the work outs are accessible to people with out gym equipment too! :]

So glad I found some new RL workout videos though as I've been doing the Burn A Million calories video 4 times in a row for about 2 years off and on. It was my go-to workout video that I did when I couldn't get to the gym and especially on vacation! I recommend it to everyone who asks me how I stay fit while traveling. Hello Rebecca from Maryland. 😊 I love your workouts as usual and I was wondering something. Would you mind making some low impact workouts that have no jumping whatsoever. I have major knee issues not allowing me to jump or do anything crazy or all over the place. I also can't put too much pressure on them either. Maybe I should stop working out altogether to avoid worsening my knees? I would really appreciate the advice.
I would say to stay off your knees! Maybe stick to exercising that requires mostly arms and abs and back until they feel little better and maybe for your legs just walking or what ever your Dr. can recommend for them!
