It's amazing how often the simplest poses can make the most amount of difference! Sounds like you're really becoming aware of your imbalances which is so important for when you're working with scoliosis. Thank you so much for your support. It's really appreciated!
Thank you so much for showing us these stretches! The wall stretch I have never seen before and I think it's really helping relieve some of my scoliosis pain. Thank you again!
Hello Christine.......I have been feeling beter since I have been practicing with you. The only pain that I have is at night when trying to sleepl. Now there is little to no pain. I am 71 years of age and never knew that anything could be done for my right thoracic area and lower curve. So wish that I started years ago.. I will continue to practice with you daily. Thank you so much!
Thank you for this video, Christine -- your drawing illustrated to me perfectly why my right shoulder has been increasingly rotating forward over the past few years. Consciously rotating my arm out in tadasana really helps, and I can do that any time of day to reinforce the position. I love those mini-movements that make such a big difference!
I'm grateful for finding your channel! I've actively done numerous excercises for years to ease the tension and pain in my back. Already after a couple of videos I feel better. Thank you!
(Liz) This is exactly what my first p.t. should have taught me instead of just sliding my hands down my thighs, lifting my rib cage & rotating it slightly to my right. Being able to pull my right shoulder blade back makes all the difference, I can feel something move within my rib cage or spine, is that a slight de-rotation? Thanks so much!
Hi christine, thx for this video i really enjoy these movement bcos it can relieve my shoulder pain. i was diagnosed scoliosis with s curve, i always feel pain at my shoulder and sometime at my neck also. But i think the video is too short, should i combine with other video that specially can reduce shoulder pain? Or repeat pose in this video?
Hello I have a right thoracic scoliosis (hump on right side, back view). But my ribs also stick out on the left side (frontal view). Because I read the spine rotates as well. Will this help with both curve and rotation ?
Hii My doctor said I have scoliosis thoracolumbar with a left concavity. I’m having trouble understand what videos of yours I should watch and my curve pattern. My right side feels much weaker and is my problem side
Scoliosis can be really confusing and really depends on the individual and their compensation patterns. I can't really comment without seeing what is going on for you specifically but yes sometimes it's the convex side that causes more problems - especially in terms of pain.
I have scoliosis curve more than 42° ....plz maam suggest what to do ...and how to sit on chair as I am a student and use to sit 9-10 hours on chair for study ... I am 18yrs old 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
This pose really points out the difference in one side and the other..I didn’t realize how tight my upper body is.. I use your videos everyday.!

My right shoulder blade is out because of my s curve so what exercises can I do to make it better
I can't give you any personalised suggestions without seeing you but I would probably start with some strengthening work with a resistance band!
I am affected with polio.can i do these exercises
I don't know if these exercises will be suitable for you. Best to ask your doctor.

I've got some videos on sitting positions. Check out my Back Chat series
Is trikonasana is helpful in scoliosis
It can but it can also be very tricky. I don't use it for everyone
Hello, would this help with thoracic kyphosis
there are others that are better for kyphosis. This addresses the rotation.
Will this reduce my curve after time ?
a practice with awareness can improve your posture over time! It's important to tailor it to your individual curve pattern!
