    hello Crhistine, this is a great pose, is necesary doing some corrections if we have and scoliosis en s or it is for all curves? hugs from Argentina.r

      for s curves you would do it on both sides and bring the bolster underneath the peak of the convex side of the curve!

    I got mild scoliosis right curve.. should i do both side or right side only?

      Kie i would do both sides. Start with the right, then left then come back to the right side. Both sides benefit from muscle relieve! Just notice if there is a difference between the right and left!

      Do you mean a pillow at night to put under the curve side? Yes I have heard people that do that and find it helpful. I personally don’t as I move too much.
