Hello Mam, I have a right thoracic left coulumbar scoliosis. There are many videos regarding the same in the channel and my body feels great after practising them, Thank you. Can you make some videos like your strong core for beginners which we can follow along for 40 minutes or 1 hour for right thoracic scoliosis? It would be really helpful. Thank You for being here.
Good video thanks! Is there a way as the channel owner you can keep ads at the beginning or end of the video so they wont disrupt the middle of the practice?
Will these exercises help with rotation of the pelvis (or is there something that will?) I do most of these exercises regularly with your yoga and Pilates classes. What really bothers me is not so much the unevenness (which I do have), but the rotation that makes it difficult for me to square May hips.

My 16 year old daughter just has been diagnosed with scoliosis… I am sad worried clueless what to do… pls guide me where would I start

They will but there are others that might need to be added! You might need to look at your major curve and work on derotating in that area first.
