Bones (or better joints) crack for various reasons. They "should" definitely not crack but they might. It doesn't mean that's necessarily a problem though. If it's always with the same movement then try to make the movement smaller.

I have a right thoracic curve, I feel it is more difficult to raise my right hand. Will I worsen my condition if I strengthen my right hand more?
