Hi coach, been following you since I started going back gym last May. I've been doing calorie deficit now cause I'm at 25% body fat.
Hello po yung sa calorie deficit, yung pag compute po sa need na ng katawan na calorie intake, yung timbang multiply sa 15, tapos yung total subtract po sa 500?
mukang kailangan ko to coach kase po from 58kg to 72kg masyado akong nag gain ng fat and 1year and 5months nakong bulking kaso po di ko po alam kong anong tamang daily calories po sakin pag ginawa ko po itong mini-cut
