    100% agree sa signs! And thank you lalo na sa opening about sa mental acceptance. I’m 3 months in sa bulk ko and kahit ganon na katagal, may times parin na in and out ako sa pag accept ng fat gain. Pero tiwala lang din paminsan 😌

    Ang laking bagay nung acceptance na maggegain ka talaga ng fat while building muscle. Sobrang conscious ko dati sa pagkain kasi nga ayokong tumaba to the point na sobrang payat na ng itsura ko. I had to accept the fact na in order to build muscle, I also had to eat. Kasi di ka naman makabuhat ng walang source of energy. Medyo nagkakalaman na uli and people are noticing my arms and chest na rin. Sobrang fulfilling kahit na yun pa lang. Wala pa kong abs pero hoping one day magpakita rin.

    Ok na sakin ung nasa thumbnail na Bad Bulk, ung may X di na din masama. Parang pang Cross Fit na din ang dating! Depende din talaga sa goal natin basta huwag lng maging chubby or obese.

    I didn't know there was a difference between gaining weight with muscle, and gaining weight with fat. Salamat kuya for explaining the difference between the two.🥰

    Siguro mag body recomp nalang ako. Obese ako eh. Nakikita ko yung transformation ng body ko kahit di masyado bumababa timbang. Nag lift ako tapos running. Pero I lost 6kg na from 86kilos
