Nag iistart na ako ng calorie deficit for almost 5 months and even lifting weights as well. Nakakatulong yung mga videos mo para maging guide ko. Straight forward ka kasi wala ng gimmicks which is great kasi yung ibang sinusugar coat pa yung advices to get leaner and to build muscles. Keep it up bro 💪

from 279lbs i went down to 177lbs at around 11% body fat and man it felt like i was dying. I was irritable with low energy and knew it wasn’t sustainable now my weight floats around 185-189lbs with 16-18% body fat

Salute to you sir, ty kasi naligaw ako sa video mo i was 79k during ECQ , then i started keto diet and low carb diet with intermitent fasting sobrang strict ko and believe it or not i loss 10kilos right now im 68.10 kilos. I always monitor my weight every morning. Alam ko ssabihin ng iba dapay weekly or monthly. But i want to monitor my weight everyday. Anyway right now sir have 21% body fats di ko pala kailangan i rush kasi pag ginawa kong 10% magigig skinny pala ako at tama kayo pangit nga dapat pala ma gain muna ko ng muscle.sobra hirap pala sir. My problem right now is closed lahat ng gym dito samin due to pandemic....😔 pero mag home work out ako and back to focus on my food intake. Ty ulit boss ah subs na ko Godbless
Me I ain't tracking my protein and calory intake but for the past 2 months bumaba na timbang ko from 62 to 57. Di na kasi proportion yung lapad ko sa height ko. Dati akong nagbulk. Pero dahil sobrang lapad ko na due to muscle and fat, nag cut na ako. I'm aiming for an aesthetic body 😍.
Im watching all your videos coach dami kung natutunan sayo kahit kulang yung gym equipment namin dito sa barko but im trying my best to lose weight sumampa ako dito from 80 to 70 tuloy parin hangang maging fit 😊 tnx coach 😊

Is 12% to 14% body fat sustainable in the long run? I think I'm changing my mind about going down to 10%. To be honest, I only wanted to have a lean but a sustainable body.
I've been working out (calisthenics) for 3 months now. I've been watching other foreign fitness youtubers like Chris Heria, Athlean-X and others, but you dude is the closest to what inspire me for having a healthy/lean Filipino physique and that i should stop achieving foreign physique. I gladly can tell that some significant results occur to my body now (maybe i am at 15 to 12% body fats now). It is because aside from really working out my body, I did major lifestyle changes. I stopped drinking alcohols and soda, adjusted my sleeping schedule, i eat meals strictly on time.. i even have to resist my sweet tooth! Your channel really helps for those who want to commit to self improvement while being stuck at home because of the pandemic. Good one, bro!
