    May effect pla yung calorie deficit kapag giniginaw agad hahahaa. Pero totoo siya di ako ganun dati, pero nung nagdeficit ako napapajacket ako kahit electric fan lng hahaha. Salamat kuya Jacob sa new learnings🙏

    I was more than 95kgs. Back in january ,

    i switch from omad to water fasting, my goal is to be lean before this year ends. this is my first day of water fasting and my goal is 30 days alam kong mahirap pero posible siya, goodluck sakin at sa ibang peeps dyan na gusto maging fit ngayon year and in the future

      You will lose weight but you risk losing muscle mass as well. Don't forget to lift weights and consume sufficient protein

    4 months na naka deficit! lost almost 11 kilos! so yung fit ng clothes yes, yung mood swings, yes, and yung lack of sleep pero baka kaka phone ko yun sa gabi hahaha. thanks for this video!

    Hi Coach Jacob! I'm a new member, but I've been following you since New Year. I watched all your videos regarding calorie deficit and it helped me a lot.     Nag omad ako pero sobrang konti lang ng kain ko per day. 1 month plang kahapon. From 80kg to 72kg then sinasabayan ko sya ng cardio

    Very TRUE!! 3weeks nako naka calorie deficit ako.. less calorie and less carbs less sugar. 2hrs of home workout every single day now im From 95 to 89kg. Palage ako nanunuod ng vids mo po.

    While naka calorie deficit ako, akala ko walang effect kasi hindi nawawala yung belly fat, di ko tuloy napansin na mukha ko na pala yung pumayat😢

    no need na gumastos
    samahan mo lng ng exercise at workout kht simple lng
    di mo need magtake ng risk para uminom ng kung anu anong weight loss o diet drinks/medicine/coffee etc

    I am....i started my calorie deficit last February 2,.and now,its March 8,.over a month later,from my starting weight of 106kg,.my weight now is 98kg,.i lost 8kg already,.and i am not done and contented....this is a great way to loose some weight,..you don't need to deprive your self on eating some food,.you can eat any food as long as you count your calorie intake,..you can eat anything but in moderate way..

    Legit talaga nakapanuod ako ng video nya about month ago since then lagi na ako naka follow sa mga vids ni coach so far mag almost one month na ako from 105kg down to 97.5 hopeful mag tuloy tuloy na toh hehehe syempre sabayan nlang din ng work out jogging 8km 5x week...

    Tinry ko po yung calorie deficit noon about 2 years ago na and relate na relate po talaga ako sa hindi makatulog ng maayos, more cravings, irritable, stressed, at low energy2 gap😂, I didn't know anything about spot reduction at that time and ab exercises lang talaga ginawa ko for a month straight, no other resistance training so naging mas skinny na version yung pagiging skinny fat ko than before (idk if that made sense lol) and nagrelapsed afterwards. Ngayon, unting-unti lang ko bumabalik sa pag e-exercise (3-4 days a week) pero with dumbbells + body weight exercises lang, hopefully ma continue ko na for atleast 6 months😓🤞. Salamat sa very informative video, coach! Keep it up po!❤️

    I'm in my 9th day of intermittent fasting +keto diet, from 98kg I'm now down to 94. That's with no workout. But I'll be going to the gym starting tomorrow so I think I'll add more calories and carbs on my meals so that I don't get depleted when i work out. 🤣 Your videos are very helpful, thank you!     Dati rati hindi lumiliit ang tiyan ko. Tinatarget ko ngayon, i mean niwoworkout ko talaga 3x a week at ngayon mabilis lumiit at nagkakacurve na.
    Para sakin kailangan mong i-workout.

    Hindi ko po ako sure kung naka-calorie deficit pa ako. Dati po kasi hindi ako conscious sa protein intake. Nagcalorie deficit po ako, I lost 7kg sa loob ng ilang buwan. Simula po nung nag 1g protein per 1kg ng body weight ako/day, ramdam ko po busog ako kasi protein rich foods are filling pero yung weight ko po halos di nagbabago.

    Cravings ang pinaka kalaban ko dyan sa calorie deficit. Kaya minsan kumakain ako ng gusto ko kahit medyo mataas sa calories. Pero di naman ako naging moody or masungit kasi kasya na mga dati kong damit. 😌

    Hi coach.
    Maintenance ko is 2100cals per day, so 1600 dapat supposedly para -1lb per week. Pero yung ginawa ko eh 1200cals from Sun till Fri, tapos sa Sat 4000cals (and dinner lang kain ko nun). Bale 11200cals per week.
    From 170lbs nung March 2020 naging 150lbs ako as of Jan 2021, tapos more or less stable siya ngayon. These days minsan lumalampas sa -1lb weight loss range, pero never naman ako lumalampas sa maintenance.
    Coke Zero and water lang talaga tinatapat ko sa hunger pangs within the week 🤣

    Ako coach lahat yan nararanasan q ngaun.so ibig sabihin effective po ung diet q.nahihirapan lang aq coach paliitin ung tiyan q.ano po b ung ibng way para mas mabilis na lumiit ang tiyan.mejo nahihirapan po aq s exercise para s belly pero dahan dahan q nman ginagawa araw araw kaya lang parang wlang nagbabago o feeling q lang po un.
