skinny fat ako and i started watching your vids, first workout ko is ung resistance band video nyo, it helped me a lot, then started lifting weights and doing calisthenics. now 10 months na ako nagtratrain and ang laki na ng change na nangyari sa katawan ko. thank for the infos coach!
Natry ko na yan coach from skinny fat puro cardio lang and calorie deficit ang kinalabasan nagmukha akong malnourished pero skinny fat pa rin. Ngayon with proper training and diet, ibang-iba na yung physique ko kahit 2-4 times a day per week lang ako nakakapag gym as long as consistent may result pa rin.
Sa katunayan mas madali eto compare sa obese ka or chubby. Nagawa ko na eto dati. "Body Recomposition" tawag ko dito. Magbabawas ka lng ng konti sa kain at ung cardio medyo konti lang as long as healthy pa din kinakain mo makukuha mo ung result na gusto mo. Don't count the days, see your body progression din at depende din talaga sa katawan natin kung ilang weeks talaga or months magbabago wala syang specific na weeks or months.
Ako mataba lang ako ngayon nag down size na from 186 pounds last 6 weeks or 7 weeks ago. Ngayon 167 pounds na lang mostly tubig lang at kaunting fats na tunaw ko may kaunting definition na rin lalo na sa back and arms
I was going to start training sana sa gym with an instructor pero di ako tinanggap because I had mild scolio- i was hoping sana to train to strengthen my body and stuff kasi akala ko makakatulong sya kaso I was discouraged to lift weights naman. I don't want to just only lose a few pounds but also to be a bit muscular- any advice on what I can do?
Coach i have question po need ba ma consume in 1 day yong daily cals mo sa my fitness pal? Kasi po minsan my natitira sa protien goal ko fat goal ang carbs goal
opposite of skinny fat? fat-skinny. yung itsura ng lasengerong tatay. yung ang laki at ang taba ng tiyan tapos ampayat at lalay ang braso at walang binti.

Pumayat nga ako from March to Dec 2020, pero 3-4x a week ko lang naaabot protein ko. Nitong Aug ko pa lang naayos 😅

Okay lang po ba mag cardio if skinny fat (payat na malaki ang tiyan)
ganito ko dati skinny fat tas panay sabi sarili ampanget nang gene ko un pala sa diet lng hehe

What is calorie surplus?
Coach bakit yung muscle ko hindi pantay same lang naman ng weight yung binubuhat sa left and right
Damihan mo ung reps kung san ung muscle na di pantay. Ung gnagawa ko , ung sa left ko di pantay sa right. Kaya mas madame reps ko sa left.
