    Oh my yeah, this is the video I've been looking for. To plan my workouts and i didnt know until now that it is called "split". Thank you coach, i'm currently trying full body workout cause im in manila reviewing for the civil engineering board exam and i do not have much time to workout. Only 2 to 3 times a week.     Idol coachgood day I'm your one of your subscriber I'm beginner kc I almost 4 months pa lng ko ng work out training using only dumbell with out bench press but you know even though I don't have bench press and other equipment I'm trying to pursue my goals to gain muscle. And I'm thankfull for all your tips by means of your video on UA-cam And I hope and I pray someday I invest to have an gym equipment such as set of dumbell, bench press, power cage Ang chest machine etc..     Sir jacob is right. Enjoyment is one of the key. I tried now the upper and lower body split and I enjoyed it. I think for me, focus on compound exercises. It is effective and efficient. Godbless us 👆

    Buti nakita ko tong channel na to. 6 mos akong tumigil sa gym and as a beginner noon, effective sakin yung bro split (gained 7kgs from 55kgs to 62kgs) then noong bumalik ako this quarantine napansin kong kahit anong bro splits yung ginagawa ko di na ko nagge gain. Hopefully mag adopt katawan ko pag ginawa ko na yung splits na naisuggest dito sa vid nato. More power to this channel and sana madaming matulungan!!! ❤️

    Hi sir! Dami ko natutunan and improvement sa body ko since i subscribed and watch your videos. Low carb lang alam ko before na diet pero ngayon flexible na yung diet ko nakakaen ko yung guato ko ng di tumataas timbang by only tracking my calorie. 🙂

    Yung nag hahanap ako ng video explaining better workout splits and i suddenly saw this vid of yours bro. Still a very informative video and lalo na ung part na if you have lagging muscle group add additional volume into it.     I truly appreciate your content bro! super nice and I can relate to you as well. When I started lifting college pa ako nun so I have time to do bro splits the whole week. Pero ngayon as a young adult na medyo madaming responsibilities na. Mas okay talaga for me ang push pull legs, first para I can do the same workout atleast twice a week which malabo na talaga mangyari pero atleast umiikot yung routine ko. And effective talaga yung push pull legs lalo na ngayon patago ako mag gym hahaha. shout out sa mga kagaya ko na pasimple nag workout sa mga gym dyan kahit alam natin na bawal haha

    2:12 Yan nga yung mali sa iba coach e, para saken ah? Kaya maraming tao ang nagsasabi na "Walang kwenta bro split, one time mo lng tinetrain bawat muscle part mo sa isang linggo"...Saken po kse coach bro split din sakin dati, pero khit bro split yun, puro 2 times a week ko tinetrain bawat muscles ko kaya good ako dun...But now, i do 3 day split workout(Monday- Chest,Bicep and Abs.
    Tues- Triceps,Shoulder and Back. Wed- Abs and Legs. Thurs- Rest day, and then repeat lang) so 6 times a week akong nagwoworkout

    Coach actually gusto ko mag PPL kaso inaalala ko diba sa chest dapat tatlo yung tinatamaan like upper, mid, lower then ganon den sa shoulders front delt, side delt, rear delt kailangan ba coach may set A and set B kung sakali? sana masagot
