    I experienced also doing dirty bulk and it took me almost a year to get shredded. Now, I’m doing lean bulk still more conscious to what I’m eating.

    Dirty Bulk FTW! Hindi naman ako magccompete sa bodybuilding and hindi din ako umaasam nang super definition sa katawan.
    Tried clean bulking and after 4 years naumay na ako at nag give up maintaining my physique which made me quit working out.
    Then after another 4 years I decided to go back to bodybuilding again but with dirty bulking in mind. This time hindi na ako stressed out sa kinakain ko palagi and cravings are gone since iniisip ko eh makakain ko din yan uli after cut.
    I don't aim for bigger muscles too so I don't care how much muscles I gain/retain after cutting from a dirty bulk.
    And 7 years na since dirty bulking I'm proud to say I'm happy with my body.
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 84kg when cut 102kg on bulk
    Visible 6 packs & muscle insertions without having to flex
    One thing to note however... Meatitarian ako 😂 so my definition of dirty bulk is lots of rice & taba nang baboy 🤣
    Bihira ako kumain/uminom sweets. Sa junk foods naman it's either corn chips or shrimp crackers lang. I also don't drink alcoholic beverages maliban sa tuba 😁
    If I were to clean bulk again I probably won't last 2 years and titigil uli ako on working out 😂

    Question:
    From 87 kilos to 70 kilos na ko as of today. I started doing a calorie deficit, intermittent fasting, at pag wowork out since December 1. Appropriate na po ba yung weight ko sa height ko (5"5) at agae ko (25 yrs old)?
    I noticed that may love handles pa rin ako / bilbil pa rin 😁 hehe
    What's the next move, then?

    Ako coach lean bulk Lang po Kaya ko surplus ako ng 500 to 600.
    Di ko po Kaya mag dirty bulk sobrang nakaka affect sa training performance ko feeling ko nasusuka ko saka humina stamina ko. Nung nag lean bulk po ako mas naging maayos performance ko sa strength training and any sports that I play.

    Coach, ano po tip nyo para sa mga call center agents (graveyardshift) na gusto mag bulking or mag maintain lang ng fitness na lifestyle in general. Honestly para sa akin eto na question. Medjo bothered lang talaga ako kasi I'll be transitioning to my normal sleeping hours to being awake in those normal sleeping hours starting next week.
    I used to work kasi sa call center befor tas grabe ang pag payat ko.. Pero no choice kailangan ko bumalik sa industry na eto (after 5yrs) because of financial concerns and I need to juggle work and studying at the same time (pero to God be the glory after 3 months graduate nadin ako).
    I know getting enough sleep, eating healthy, and maintaining an exercise routine is the route to go. Pero I still want to get a professional advice. Sana matulungan nyo po ako. Thank you.

    Sir jacob sa calorie deficit ba ay mas importante ung total protein intake mo everyday tsaka bahala na kung sa carbs or fats mo kunin ung ibang calories mo bastat pasok parin sa calorie deficit?salamat sir jacob sana masagot mo po🙏

    Coach nasa 170 pound poko tas 70kg san po ba naka focus yun sa pounds po or kilograms na itatake ko protien a day tas pano po pag hindi na hit ung protien a day mo pwede ba sa kanin ko siya i daan since im bulking

    Ano ibig sabihin nung 300-500 na above maintenance calories? Ibig sabihin po ba, kung 3000 calories ako, mag dadagdag ako ng 300-500?

    coach sir. bfp applicant po ako from 98kg to 87kg binaba nang weight ko simula nanood ako sayo. ngayon kaunti nalang ako kumain and more on exercise mukhang na maintin ung timbang ko pero target ko 75-80kg. any advice po.

    Kuya tuwing kailan po kailangan mag monitor ng maintenance weight?
    For example po: lose weight
    Nag start po ako: 76kg
    maintenance cals ko 2000+
    Tas nag deficit po ako ginawa ko siya 1700-1800
    Ngayon bumaba po yung timbang ko naging 69kg for 1month and 1 week.
    Kailangan ko na po ba magpalit o i-update yung calorie maintenance ko? O stay ko pa rin po siya?
    Tsaka gusto ko din po itanong kung healthy o normal po ba yung weight loss na nangyari saken in just more than 1 month na yung body fat ko po dati 27% ngayon naging 18% nalang po? Btw begginer po ako and during that phase di po ako nakapag buhat due to busy schedule nagagawa ko lang is cardio (cycling, walking, basketball) thank you po in advance. Sana po manotice

    Sana mapansin. New subscriber 👌For the first time susubukan ko ng mag home workout ang problema di ko alam pano sisimulan. Wala ako halos exercise as in aside walking papuntang office. So, ano po ang proper way to begin?
    I like to focus first on my arm at tiyan. Sana may specific discussion po for a beginner gaya ko.

    Ako ngtrack ako ng calories para mgpa bulk ngadd lang ako ng 300 sa maintenance calories ko with in 1 1/2 month from 70klg naging 73 klg. Na ako may target is ti gain up to 80 klg. Before i start on cutting

    Hi. Noob here. Just started working out, but I haven't hired a PT yet. So wala pang concrete na program yet. But I was thinking if you could give a piece of advice.
    I'm 5'5, 60KG 30 yo guy. Slim type ang body ko with love handles here and there esp sa tummy part.
    Applicable ba sakin yung 500cal/day for clean bulking? And do I need to burn all 500calories para mag take effect yung bulking o not necessarily?

      Pwede lifetime. Safe ang creatine walang risk maliban nalang kapag meron kang existing na sakit sa kidey, asthma etc.

    Hello idol. New subscriber niyo ako. Hihingi sana ako sayo ng tulong. Yung condition ko po ay skinny-fat. Mapayat ang kamay at paa tapos mataba yung dibdib (man boobs) at tiyan. Ano po gagawin ko? College student pa lang tapos sa karenderya lang ako kumakain. Wala po budget para pagkain na kinakain niyo. Naghohomework out din ako 2x a week. Pls notice po.
