    Hi coach! Questions lang regarding sa prep niyo:
    1. Compared to your summer shred sa simula ng year and your recent comp, in your opinion, which look did you like better?
    2. For competitions, bakit usually aggressive cutting ang ginagawa ng mga competitors if mas makakapagpreserve ng muscle mass kapag longer but slower cut ang ginawa?

    1:11 Yeah, galing na rin ako sa skinny fat. Nung nag-seryoso ako sa pagwoworkout during lockdown, nag-cut muna ako until sa magrelease yung abs ko (yeah, may mangyayaring judgment sakin that time dahil sobrang payat ko but it's worth it) and then nag-lean bulk ako afterwards. It's been 2 years na ako naging consistent, fit and sexy as well. 💪

    Hi Coach, I hope my comment will be noticed. For BULKING phase, how will we reveal or achieve ABS when we actually have to eat a lot of healthy and high calorie foods which will eventually make our tummy big and hide our abs. It doesn't make sense if we eat a lot for our muscles and tummy to grow while we also work on the ABS. Enlighten me coach, please. Thank you po! 💚

    boss jacob may tanung lang aq from 97 kg to 82 kg 15 nq loose weight ko,pero bakit hndi na sya bumababa sa 82kg pero ganun pa rin ang routine ko diet at weightlifting anu po kaya magnda gawin kahit at least mareach ko yung 78kg tapos maintain ko na sya sa ganung weight
