    My coach said eat less to live more.. I eat 5 times a day (breakfast, break time, lunch, break time and dinner) with a small amount of food tas more water, nakakain ko lahat like pizza, burger and chocolates, from 90kl to 54kl ngayon maintain nalang :))

    Lahat ng nutrition ko sayo ko nalaman kung pano planuhin. In just 2 months I lost 12kgs from 87-75. Kung di ko nalaman yung calorie deficit ewan ko kung pano ma achieve yan and at the same time I'm building muscle without a gym but still working on it. Thanks

    I actually eat fats and any parts of pork. Huge serving of vegetables and unlimited fruits but i titally cut rice and any starchy foods including breads. I even avoid camote, banana na saba and it actually works, i am not bloated and my tummy got smaller in 3 weeks. I only ate lunch and dinner since 2013 but i was getting fatter most specially the belly area. I changed my way a month ago and it really works. I was inspired by a friend whos already in australia because she had a lot of bilbil but she turned skinny when she eliminated carbs, sugar and starchy foods on her diet. I was hesitant at first coz I know thats unhealthy but trust me, fats from meat will give you energy you need. You will feel light, active and happy. Try it.

    for the last past 11 months nagka-eating disorder ako dahil na “adik” ako sa pagpapapayat, to the point na umabot weight ko ng 72.6 lb/ 34.5 kg which is SEVERELY UNDERWEIGHT for my age & also lost my period (regla) 😟 , pero now.. balanced lifestyle na ako kumakain ako ng sapat araw-araw!😁, kaya ingat din guys sa pagddiet! 😅🤍
    edit: based on my research ang period ng isang babae, pag nawala due to “weight loss”, maaari pa naman ito bumalik after 7 months or so, update ko nalang po pag bumalik ho😅

    I have been on a no-rice diet ever since first week of April. But I am still trying to hit 1,500 calories a day to lose weight. I invested on veggies, Chicken breast, egg, oatmeal etc. I am also on an IF window! Now, I have been trying to mix up my food with different styles of cooking stuff. Sobrang rami ko natutunan sa video na to. Thanks bro! Pero IDK. I don't feel like eating rice anymore kaya I switched to sweet potato or potatoes for my carbs.

      ung problema kase ng mga tao ineeliminate nila completely ung mga "guilt foods" pag gusto mag papayat, eh ung sikreto lng naman e bawasan mo lng mga usual na kinakaen mo for the day. So imbes na 2 cups of rice mag 1 cup lng, imbes na ubusin mo isang tub ng ice cream mag 1 cup lng din and instead na buong bag ng Junk food kakainin mo kalahati lng or atleast lampas lng ng konti sa serving size na nakaindicate sa pack. Kase pag tinanggal mo yan completely tas 1 day may occasion kayo or napagtripan mo lng mag "Cheat day", maaadik ka lng din ulit at magbibinge eating.
      Nung inapply ko ung principle na yan together with calorie counting naglose ako ng 8 Kg within 3 months kasabay ng pagbike at basketball, pero now naka maintain weight lng ako dahil nag medyo busy and di makapagworkout and dahil ndin di ko matiis mga pagkain dito samin kaya napapaabot ko lagi sa maintenance calorie consumption ko lol

    Coach, pre-med student ako and there are times na naglalapse ako on sugar kasi I believe nakakaexperience ako ng symptoms ng hypoglycemia (especially pagiging iritable and nakakawala sa focus yung ganun). Kapag lets say kumain ako ng isang pack ng gummy bears, sobrang narerelieve yung pagkairitable ko and mas nakakafocus ako sa acads ko pero eventually I feel guilty kasi nagagain ko yung weight.

    For me, I actually don't prefer rice because of dissatisfaction, kasi kapag kumain ka Ng rice kahit na sabihin mo may control ka Alam Ng katawan mo na it's not enough. So usually most people tend to eat more rice. That's why I just avoid eating rice 😂

    I am on 1200 calories diet. I lose weight for 2 months from 60 kg to 49 kg. For me its calories in and calories out. I do not exercise. I just do normal household chores. I do not eat dinner before bed. I only had heavy breakfast at 11am and lunch at 3pm. No snacks, less sugar intake, more on water and protein foods.

    The problem lang kasi is how to measure some foods na walang exact calorie content lalo na mga lutong ng iba😢 talagang may times na tansyabol lang ako basta konti lang para di lumagpas sa cal intake ko hahaha well wala namang perfect basta consistent lang sa portions at wag papadala sa pag kain, feeling ko kasi pag natukso ako, pagkain ang nagccontrol saken e kaya I'm locked in na sa goals ko.

    #1. Effective saakin yung no rice diet pero sa gabi lang. I change rice to oats protein meals tuwing gabi. I weight 114kl last oct2022, now nag range nalang ng 85 - 87kl
    #4. Base sa observation ko lang naman po. 3 kaming lalake magkakapatid mid child ako saamin 3. Ako lang ang nag gym. Ako yung pinakamaliit samin 5'11 me yung bunso at kuya ko 6 and up 😭 same sa pinsan ko 2 silang magkapatid yung bunso(6'2) mas matangkad pa sa panganay(5'11) kasi naggym si panganay. Hinde nakakaliit bagkos nagstop ang paglaki namin.
    #6 Bago mag pandemic nag gym ako ng almost 4 months, nahinto dahil sa pandemic. Yung food habits ko na maintain ko pero yung exercise hinde kaya ang ending from 78kl - Spike ako ng 114kl. Grabe din metabolism ko that time parag laging gutom, mabuti nalang ngayon naiwas na ako sa sweets, sodas and junk foods

    I’m planning to do 2000 calories per day po, nacompute ko po sa mga food na kakainin ko consistently like eggs chicken breast rice whey etc, nasa 1600+ po siya, pwede po ba ako magconsume ng extra calories sa ibang food to reach 2000 and hindi siya nakakataba?

    Thankyou, kung di ko pa napanood to baka hanggang ngayon inaatake parin ako ng anxiety. Lalo na yong hindi pag kain after 6pm. Usually kasi 9pm natatapos yong work ko. Mga 9pm na rin ako nakakain sa gabi. Kaya di ako pumapayat siguro. Pakiramdam ko kasi isang malaking kasalanan pag kumain ako after 6pm. Kaya sa umaga ko kinakain lahat pati yong kakainin ko dapat sa gabi :(

    Classic talaga yung paniniwala na pag uminum ka ng cold water after kumain titigas ang taba mo sa tyan.😆🤣 37 degrees ang body temp. Ng tao kahit kumain kapa ng ice matutunaw din yan, thermodynamics lang yan heat transfer.

    Kaya calorie deficit talaga pinaka sustainable sa lahat. Oo pumayat ako sa mga mentioned na advices before pero hindi talaga siya sustainable, bumabalik lang ako sa dati. Kaya ngayon calorie deficit na ko and sobrang na eenjoy ko ang process 💛

    My bad, I've been following Coach Jacob, but I haven't subscribe yet to his channel. Guess what? I just did. Anyways, I am so thankful to you coach, because through your informative and educational discussions regarding fitness and healthy lifestyle through your channel, I was able to lose 22 kg, and people at the gym were starting to ask me questions how I was able to achieve my body at the moment. I am now weighing 69-70 kg vs my initial wieght was 92 kg. I must say, I couldn't do this without your videos, It's all thanks to you coach! 😘😘😘

    Dapat kumain ng breakfast and lunch para balanse at di ulcer abutin.
    Ako naman na gabi lang kumakain kasi mas kaya ko yung isang bagsakan kesa madaming beses nga kumakaon kaso maliliit yung portion size..

      @@JacobAlava kuya bigyan mo nga po ako ng diet kasi bulky naman po katawan ko nsa genes na po kasi nalapad katawan namin lalaki, pero ang metabolism ko talaga kuya jay ambagal lalo na ngaun online class di ako nakaka homework out kasi maaga klase at maghapon, bilis tumaba tyan ko po, now sa morning 2boiled eggs at 1 apple kinakain ko plus black coffee w/o sugar, sa tanghali kamote at gabi kamote din

    Hi Coach, May I ask po na hindi ako nagloose weight kahit nag exercise ako at kunti lang kinakain ko. Every day rin akong nag wo walk po from work. Madalas 1 meal a day lang din ako mag eat more on water ako

    Coach Jacob nag start ako mag calorie deficit nuong June6 lang hanggang ngyn nabawasan naman from 80kg to 75kg. Pero ang goal ko lang naman mawala yung belly fat ko. 167cm height ko Male 30years old. Ano po advice niyo coach para mawala yung belly fat ko. Please coach pa help naman.

    Sir ako no rice at sugar intake po, wala pang 1month, 9kg na nawala sakin ,from 96kg to 87kg na lang ako ,more to go 70kg ang target, 1 meal a day lang , water lang ako pag nagutom ,hindi ako nag gygym work out lang sa bahay, planking, Sprint jogging lang

    This fitness vlog deserves a lot of views! I losed weight by having a balanced meal, calorie deficit & regularly working out. I first believed at no rice diet, nagkasakit pa ko jusko 🥲
    Natuto din ako tignan yung nutrional facts sa mga kinakain ko ❤️ Simula nun, d na ako stress mag lose weight. Sustainable pa kasi d ko kailangan iwasan ang certain type of food.

    No rice diet is for calorie deficit, kung low carb ang goal mo. Rice is one of high calorie carbs in the market. Better find a low calorie high dense carb like sweet potato. Pero maganda ang rice if bulking ang goal mo. Depende parin un sa diet plan na gagawin mo.

    Nag no rice diet ako, kinain ko with in 3 months mga prutas, sweet potatoes,oats,protien, kasi May trainor ako no rice daw ako, pero effective naman, ang timbang ko from 80 to 64, at naging shredded naman at nanalo ako sa body transformation, ngayon ko lng nalaman na di pala advisable ang no rice Diet. Salamat sa Idea po

    Sana mapansin niyo tong tanong ko; "Started hitting my macros around 150Lbs tapos nag deficit po ako Now I am around 135Lbs" My question is for the protein intake po how po need ko is it 150G ir 135G of protein?
