      is it always 0.8 - 1g protein per body pound regardless if its caloric deficit or surplus? Salamat sa sasagot, litong lito nako sa dami ng literature but this channel is among the few that’s insightful and practical.

    Suggestion lang -I wish you can make a video about estimated calorie intake para sa mga walang digital kitchen weighing scale. For example how big or small I should pick a potato in a grocery store, etc.

      Sa tingin ko kung nagbibilang ka ng calories intake daily, you need to invest sa weighing scale. May mga affordable naman online. Hindi kase advisable (for me ha) na estimated lang yung mga itatrack mo. You need to weigh in in grams para accurate.

      Ako wala din, pero eto gawa ko minememorize ko o inililista ko na lng sa notes ng cp ung amount ng calories na nakalagay sa nutrition facts sa mga label ng pagkain.. or do research sa Google for example, Ilan calories ba meron sa 1 cup ng rice, kahit sa fruits (small, medium, large)meron din. Tapos ung result andun na agad, after that, lista na agad sa notes.. estimated lng naman, at least may idea ka na sa calorie intake. Di man accurate tulad ng sa weighing scale, kahit papaano nakatulong sakin un. Sana makatulong sayo. Peace!

    Hi sir first time ko magcalorie deficit. Based sa Tdee 2138 maint calorie ko and subtract 500 so 1638 nalang calorie main ko dun naman po sa MACROS alin po dun ung susundan ko moderate carb lower carb or higher carb. Need poba na mahit o mamaintain yung grams sa macros? medyo nalilito po kasi ako
